Superb value - and almost perfect.
I was skeptical that this mug would provide adequate insulation for hot beverages – but was delighted to find that it keeps my coffee hot for several hours without any problem. I use the mug primarily at home, so can't vouch for its performance outdoors in cold weather. One minor complaint: The handle's squared-off design would benefit from a minor tweak: curving it slightly for a more comfortable fit. (However, the current design would well when outdoors and wearing gloves in cold weather; in that situation, the current design would accommodate the gloved hand nicely). Would I buy it again? Absolutely. It's a terrific value for the price.

Thius is a sensible purchase for maintaining 12 fluid oz at temperature for multiple hours.
Before the initial wash, the cups were filled with boiling water. Grasping the outer wall with both hands, there was no heat noticed. Twenty minutes later the heated water was used for the initial hand-wash. It was too hot for a hand wash. Both cup and lid are superbly crafted! The vented lid offers comfortable and safe delivery of either hot or cold drinks. The items were securely packaged. Following the supplier's maintenance information, these items will perform for a long time.

Quality Cup
This cup was a gift for my dad and he loved it! He is elderly with some hand dexterity issues and he was able to hold this cup with no problem. It’s not to heavy and not big and bulky. I love that it comes with a lid, my dad uses his primarily to drink coffee so the lid fits nice a firm, no leaking and keeps him safe from burns. Keeps the coffee nice and hot. The colors are true to color. Very sturdy and durably has survived a couple of drops on the floor with no damage.
