Customer reviews

Bakeware set had cookies sliding on the tray right out of the oven.
I began cooking while I was in high school and spent much of my working life in culinary arts. Although I tried other kinds of work along the way, I always returned to cooking. Over the years, I learned that good cookware can make a noticeable difference in the food prepared at home. I bake bread and cookies nearly every week, so those were the first things I tried with this 21-piece ceramic-coated aluminized steel bakeware set. After washing the loaf pan, I prepared two loaves of sandwich bread. Since the set includes only one loaf pan, I baked the second loaf in an older pan from our cabinet. I would have preferred two matching loaf pans, but the side-by-side test gave me a useful comparison. The loaf baked in the new pan came out evenly golden brown on the bottom, sides, and ends. The loaf from my older pan was not nearly as evenly browned. The new pan also feels heavier and more substantial than many lightweight baking pans. Its oatmeal-speckled ceramic surface is smooth and gives the pan a clean appearance. The following day, I baked cookies on the sheet pans without using parchment paper. None of the cookies stuck. In fact, they began sliding around when I removed the pans from the oven. That told me more about the nonstick surface than any description on the box could. I cannot say how these pans will look after several years, but their weight, even baking, and easy food release is a good first impression. I still use professional egg and omelet pans that I purchased more than 45 years ago. Good cookware can last when it is used for the proper job, cleaned correctly, and protected from scratching. I plan to give this new bakeware set the same careful treatment. As with any coated cookware, I will avoid metal utensils and rough scrubbers that could scratch the surface.

Excellent value — this is a LOT of bakeware!
I’ve been slowly replacing some of my cookware because I want to reduce my use of traditional nonstick coatings, so this ceramic set immediately caught my attention. According to the listing, the ceramic coating is made without PTFE and PFOA. I discovered this BRONYPRO set through Amazon Vine, and my jaw honestly dropped when the box arrived. I knew it was a large set, but I didn’t realize just how much was included! You get two round cake/pie pans, a loaf pan, square cake pan, multiple baking sheets, a muffin pan, cooling rack, and reusable silicone muffin cups. It really feels like a complete starter bakeware collection rather than just a few pans. The aluminized steel feels sturdy, and so far the ceramic coating has been very easy to clean. Ceramic cookware can sometimes discolor or stain with use, which was one of my concerns, but I haven’t experienced that so far. I also really like the removable silicone grips. They make the pans much easier and more secure to hold with oven mitts. They do not replace oven mitts, the pans still get hot, but the extra grip is a great feature. The silicone pieces can also be removed for cleaning. Another big plus is storage. Several of the pieces nest together, so despite how much you get, the set doesn’t take up nearly as much cabinet space as I expected. For longevity, I personally plan to hand wash mine most of the times whenever possible to help protect the ceramic finish, but I have set them in the dishwasher a couple of times without any problems. Overall, I think this is excellent value for such a complete set. I like it enough that I could absolutely see myself buying another as a housewarming, wedding, or Christmas gift. Definitely recommended!

High quality bakeware set at an affordable price
This brand produces some very nice quality bakeware at an affordable price. I had never heard of this brand when I first tried them over a year ago but now have multiple sets of these and sets of sheet pans from this brand. These perform so well for most baked goods that these are what I mainly use exclusively anymore. The ceramic coating makes them perform perfectly with very little oil/butter and only requires a light dusting with flour for my biscuits. The ceramic coating also makes these pans very easy to clean without needing abrasive cleaners or scrubbing sponges which helps preserve the coating. The coating is also much more durable than other non-stick surfaces that is not easily scratched even with metal utensils but I still recommend using mainly silicone utensils to help preserve the coating. I have been using the baking pan from this set for my biscuits over a year now and it bakes them perfectly, the pan is also in very good condition after a year of use with very little staining, the coating is still in perfect condition and most importantly the pan is not warped at all which tells you these pans are very nice quality as most pans at this price would have been warped within a year of use. These pans are so good that you will want more than just one set of these if you do a lot of baking, I like these pans better than the more expensive brands that I have. I just cannot say enough good things about these pans and this set, if you are in need of bakeware or just looking to upgrade your existing bakeware then this set will not disappoint.

Good Quality and Great Selection
This is a nice, complete bakeware set with a good variety of pans. It includes the basic pieces I use most often, including sheet pans, cake pans, a loaf pan, and a muffin pan, so it is a convenient set if you are replacing older bakeware or starting from scratch. The ceramic nonstick coating makes the pans easy to use and clean. I also like the silicone handles because they make the pans easier to handle when they're hot. The oatmeal speckle finish is attractive and looks nicer than plain metal bakeware. The pans feel sturdy without being excessively heavy, and the different sizes make the set versatile for everyday baking. The set is listed as PTFE and PFOA-free, which was important to me when choosing bakeware. Overall, this is a practical bakeware set with a good selection of pans. The variety, nonstick surface, and silicone handles make it useful for everyday baking, and getting 21 pieces in one set makes it a good value.
