Son una maravilla
Están muy bonitos y son pesados . Yo los compré hace un mes y no quise poner reseña asta que los usará y ahora puedo decir con toda la seguridad que son espectaculares, se ponen a calentar a flama de media a baja , poca flama y después le salpicó unas gotas de agua , cuando el agua se evapora todavía está frío pero si las gotas de agua bailan como perlitas en el martes u no se consumen está en su punto exacto 👌, le pongo 4 gotitas de aceite de oliva y sofrio cebolla unos 10 segundos a flama media y después le dejo caer el huevo ya batido y espero unos 20 segundos y volteo la torta de huevo y no se pega para nada , si son antiadherente, ya los probre con huevo , papas , chorizo bistec asado si nada de grasa solo la grasita de la carne y no se pega nada y para lavarlos es muy fácil por qué no se le pega nada , solo para no perder su brillo los lavo con esponga y barkeepers en polvo , con poquito tiene para que quede brilloso , lo seco después de lavarlo y listo . Son muy buenos los recomiendo al 100 nada que ver con los de teflon , cerámica , peltre y acero inoxidable pero el delgado, estos son muy diferentes , no queman los alimentos y se cosinan de manera uniforme . También lo que me agrado es que no trae la placa de acero abajo por qué en esa ranura se les junta el cochambre y es muy difícil queitarcelo ., estos son en un solo molde .

Great price. Quality pans. Food does not stick with proper cooking habits -- heat up pan first, add fat and coat the bottom and sides, add food and make sure there is enough liquid/fat to prevent burning to bottom of the pan. Dont use cooking spray as it will discolor pan. Cook at a lower heat than when using nonstick. Stir or turn foods relatively often. Hand wash instead of dishwasher. Best to clean immediately after cooking instead of letting pans soak in water - keeps the finish bright and shiny. I bought Barkeepers Friend Cookware cleaner to have on hand just in case of accidents, but haven't had to use it yet. Handles do not get hot. Lids are wonderful. Love it! Great value for the price, and with proper cooking no fuss/no muss. Easy to clean. This is SO much better than nonstick. So glad I finally replaced my pans!!
