Great quality, fun to build!
My daughter saw a dollhouse at my grandma's house, and was disappointed that she couldn't play with it. I came across this one while trying to surprise her with something similar and saw it looked very similar to one of my grandma's houses so I ordered it not expecting much. My toddler and I built this together in around 2 hours. It was overwhelming at first, but once we got moving I was able to just build with ease while I let the toddler punch out pieces for me and assist with glue. I broke a couple of pieces, but that was my fault for trying to rush through at one point. I'm very pleased with it and my toddler is on love with it. We glued down all of the pieces because it will be played with, but it really doesn't need to be glued at all besides a couple of window frames. I am already looking forward to getting another one to build and starting this as a new hobby. It was a lot of fun and had a great sense of accomplishment at the end.

This was 19.99 at the time of my purchase and review, which I feel like is a good price for this item. I had a lot of fun putting this together. Instructions were very simple and easy to follow. If you’re like me, first checking this house out you’d be wondering if it’s a good size for Sylvanians. The answer is mostly. The upstairs doorway is too small for adults to get through. The bottom however is fine. The hole at the top of the stair to get to another floor is too small for adults to fit through. However I didn’t like the hole placement since it’s in front of the doorway, so I saved the hole piece that was punched out to seal the hole soon and I’ll just have the stairs set outside. All in all though this house is very cute and I’ll have lots of fun decorating it.

Can’t be beat for the price. It’s a good base to start. I added a lot to it, but it was fun. The scale is 1:24 which can be a pain to find things that fit and look realistic which is very important to me, but I got creative with things. I also special ordered a lot of things and am still waiting for my bedroom furniture, lighting, and other accessories. I made it for my little cousin and I think she will love it when it’s finally done. It was a good winter project and now I reallywant to make a 1:12 scale that looks more realistic. The house takes a few minutes to assemble and then the rest is really up to your own imagination.

Instructions are non existent but this isn’t my first kit. I put it all together first so that I could mark each piece in order to spray paint all of them the color I wanted. After spray painting I assembled again. I used contact paper for interior and I’m currently waiting on furniture I ordered. It’s adorable and I bought multiple sets to make more! At the price point, WHY NOT?!? I ordered puck lights with a timer to light interior. I could have wired it or used fairy lights as well.
