Helps my hand and wrist pain
Perfect! I’m very hard on my hands and wrists due to my work. Because of this I often experience a deep, throbbing ache. A few minutes doing some exercises with the Therapy Putty every day has been incredible in alleviating my hand and wrist pain. I mainly use the X-Soft, but a couple of the exercises I switch to harder putty for more resistance.

I have only had them for a few days so I can’t say too much. I started on the first level. It was just right for my hands. I didn’t notice any smell. It wasn’t too sticky. The exercise suggested were helpful.

Our OT recommend these for at home strengthening in our fine motor skills. We like to add beads to them and have our little remove them!
