4 probes, accurate and easy to use. Great range, easy to read.

The unit arrived promptly and was well packaged. Setup was quick and easy right out of the box, and the instructions were clear enough that I was able to get everything running in just a few minutes. The screen on the base unit is large and easy to read, even from a distance, which makes it convenient when you’re cooking outside. With 4 probes included, I will be able to monitor different cuts or thickness to smoke or cook food to perfection. This thermometer can be used as a stand-alone unit with Bluetooth, or you can connect it to the Inkbird app over Wi-Fi, which adds a lot of useful features. The wireless range is better than other probe thermometers I’ve used, and I was still getting a good signal even with the lid closed on the smoker and while inside the house. Using the app, you can set timers and temperature alerts, which makes long cooks much easier to manage. One feature I really like is the graph view that shows the cook over time, including both the internal meat temperature and the ambient smoker temperature. That makes it easy to see exactly how the cook is progressing without having to stand outside the whole time. Overall, this worked perfectly right out of the box. I was able to monitor temperatures from inside the house with no problems, and everything stayed connected throughout the cook. I can see myself using this frequently, especially for smoking and longer cooks where keeping track of temperature is important. The other thing to note is that the build quality seems incredibly solid and easy to clean. I did also check all of the probes in a glass of heavily iced water, and they were all accurate.

Excellent Thermometer for BBQ or Oven Cooking!

I've used several other thermometers in the past and this is definitely one of my new favorites. The WIFi connection is great and lets me monitor temps inside the house and avoid overcooking or burning things. Also having four probes is awesome because I can monitor multiple things at the same times. Sometimes I'm cooking chicken and steak and can monitor them both. It seems very well built and accurate. I also really like the magnetic base with big screen display. I stick it right to the grill sometimes. I also like how you can recharge this and don't need to mess around with batteries. I highly recommend!
