I was researching for days and seeing reviews about a good cushion for me since I have a series of problems in the lower part of my spine, and for this reason, by sitting for a long time, the pain increases in such a way that it is impossible almost stand up from my chair. One because of my advanced age, and on the other hand because of my condition that I just mentioned. Well, I found this cushion that was very affordable at its price, and to my surprise, the seller 5 start (that's what this seller is called) was so worried that he told me that if I didn't like something or if he didn't give me no result, he could change this cushion for me if for any reason whatsoever. What I have to say is not only that this seller is responsible for the products he sells but that his concern for satisfying the customer is meticulous. So, this cushion in my opinion is an excellent alternative for all those who have any problems with their tail bone or lower back. Not only is this cushion very comfortable, but it provides spectacular support, relieving the pain you have by 85%, that is, if you sit for a long time like in my case, this product is very good for what I just mentioned. Also, rest assured that if something is wrong either when you receive it or if when using it you find that you don't like it, return it because I am sure that with this seller you will not have the slightest inconvenience of changing it or returning your money. So, as I mentioned, in my case it is giving me an excellent result, apart from the fact that I have noticed that the support is very good and does not tend to deform. Its construction and materials are of good quality, but most of all it is the support for your back which makes it something that anyone with pain in their spine should have.... High-quality memory foam, relieves my sciatica pain and provides all-day comfort
About four months ago, I ended up in the emergency room with severe sciatica pain. It hurt to sit or stand, and forget about lying in bed. After suffering for a month, I found this seat cushion on Amazon during their prime day sales. I already owned a couple of similar cushions made by different companies for my sensitive tailbone, but they didn't help with my sciatica. However, I was so desperate to find anything that would help relieve my pain that I ordered this one. At the time, I was pretty much living in my recliner. The day I received this cushion, I put it in the recliner and immediately felt relief - it drastically reduced my sciatica pain while relieving pressure on my tailbone. I'm 5' 7" and weigh about 220 pounds; and, after three months of use, averaging sixteen or more hours a day, the cushion continues to support my weight while retaining its shape and thickness. I also am still sleeping in the recliner with this cushion underneath my rear. So, as far as I'm concerned, it has already paid for itself. The premium large cushion fits my large bottom and evenly distributes my weight. The foam in the cushion is firm yet cushiony and comfortable. The fabric is soft to the touch and the anti-slip bottom keeps it in place (it doesn't slide around). The cover washes well and is easy to put on and remove. I cannot say enough good things about this cushion. It is made of high-quality memory foam, relieves my pain, and provides all-day and all-night comfort and support. This is a high-quality cushion that far exceeds the functionality of any other seat cushion I've owned. I FINALLY Found the One!
UPDATE: Stop looking and BUY THIS ONE! I have been using this for over a week now, 6- 8 hours in one stretch. It is so firm, yet cushy! My weight is all in my backside and this supports me perfectly. No pain at all! I will be buying another one to keep at work when I return in the Fall. After many days of reading reviews, I landed on this one. So far, so good. I haven't used it for a long period yet, but out of the many I have tried, this is the only one I have liked right away and kept. I tried some comparable products, as well as a much pricier one from a company that only makes this type of product. It was also comfy, but provided less padding and support. It felt like nothing more than a contoured cushion. For $70, not at all worth it. I bought this product in the premium large. I am average weight, 5'4", and a curvy Size 8. This cushion fit my width perfectly, without digging into my hips or back of my thighs. I have a traditional chair at home, and this cushion brings my feet off the floor. It won't be an issue at work, as I have an adjustable office chair. It is something you will want to keep in mind, though, if you are on the short end. I have slight scoliosis and am amazed that this helps my pelvis stay in line much better than without it. I will be interested to see how it does in an 8 hour day, but I can definitely say in the worst case scenario, it will be better than nothing.

The chairs on Amazon are pretty awful, unless you’re willing to spend over $800. So, I then tried 3 different chair cushions instead of a replacement chair. 1. SitCushion XL in Cooling Black. $59.99 2. Everlasting Comfort in Black $47.99 3. 5 Stars United in Soft Black XXL $37.95 The SitCushion was nice, but the Cooling material is pretty slippery and you need to constantly readjust your sitting position. Overall it’s pretty comfortable, but way too slippery. The Everlasting Comfort cushion is awful. It hits the side of your thighs and is just overall uncomfortable The 5 Stars United has a great cover and holds you firmly in place, with perfect support at all areas. They all have anti-slip on the bottom. My choice is the 5 Stars United XXL in soft black. It comes with a lifetime warranty as well.
