Good value cordless vacuum
This is the 1st cordless vacuum I have owned. I have had it for a couple of weeks now. I bought this because I wanted a convenient way to vacuum my hardwood floors and my area rugs. I looked into buying more expensive vacuums, but I just couldn’t justify the prices. I payed around $140 for this one and even that was a little hard for me to justify. It is a more significant vacuum than my light weight dust buster handheld that cost around $50. I feel that in comparison, this vacuum is probably worth the money and appears to be made well. I love the green lights that illuminate the floor while I vacuum. They really do help with seeing the dust and pet hair. I also appreciate the display that lets me know the battery status and which power level that I am using. I found that the vacuum on low suction is perfect for my lightweight washable rugs. The vacuum will suck the rugs into itself if you use the higher suction modes. I don’t use this vacuum on my regular carpets because I don’t think the battery will last long enough to finish the job. I feel that the regular carpets require high suction and that drains the battery more rapidly, The battery holds up very well for doing the hard floors and area rugs. I like that the main hose stick connecting the vacuum to the vacuum head is made of sturdy metal and is height adjustable. I’m 5’5” and my husband is 6’4”. The roller brush is a combination of rubber and short piled soft brush. It picks up pet hair well with minimal wrapping of the hair around the roller. It is easy to take the roller brush out to clean it. I can’t say that for my regular vacuum. The collection canister is easy to empty and clean. It’s an adequate size for cleaning my hardwood floors and area rugs. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.
