So far so good. I ordered a walking pad from a different company before this for my senior mom where the pictures were deceptive and showed the handle bar much higher than it actually was. It was actually way too low and was uncomfortable to hold onto. I ended up returning it and buying this walking pad instead. It was very easy to set up with no screws needed. The handle bar can be set to various heights. I like that the speed of the pad is also adjustable by both remote or by touchscreen on the handlebar. My mom is now using it every day. She can keep it setup in the living room, as it doesn't take up much space and is easy to move if needed. This is a great walking pad at a very reasonable price compared to other ones I looked at.
