I wasn't so sure of these at first.I used to have expensive glass ones on my pergola and the many big winds had broken off at least 7 so it was time to replace them. I figured I'd give these a shot and happy I did. Not only are they shatterproof but they came with extra bulbs which I don't even anticipate having to use now that they wont shatter. The 100' was more than enough to zig zag under my pergola and the best part of all.....The remote control! Now I can just leave plugged in and when the backyard is dark, I just click a button and can use the timer on it and go to bed. LOVE IT!!! HIGHLY recommend and for this price you cannot go wrong!

Nice sized string of lights.
They're black so there is no color, but I like that because at night you don't see the cord. The length was perfect for what I needed. Also I like that you could buy a second one and extend the of cord. They were easy to untangle. I stored the bulbs separately from the cord. And I suggest that when you put this away, do the same. Otherwise the lights will break. The cord is heavy or maybe I guess thick is a better word, and seems very durable. I have yet to attach a timer to it, but when summer comes I'll be putting them up at night and a timer might be a good idea.

The remote is simple to use, and the lights provide a nice, bright glow for the space. I also like that you can connect multiple strands together—I’m planning to buy more to use around our home this summer. Overall, a great product and you can’t beat the price!

Nice and bright
We put a set of these 10 ft light strings up in our backyard and are completely happy with how much it lights up. The dimmer setting is nice to dial down the brightnessn when me and my wife are relaxing on the patio. Will definitely buy again.
