Great gift for grandparents!
Purchased this gift for my grandparents, who is not very technologically inclined. I sent it to my place first so I could set it up before sending it as a goft for the holidays. It's good that I did- most of the controls are straightforward and easy to understand, but the "friend" system would have been tough for my loved one to set up. You have to get a code, send that code to your "friend," and once your friend downloads the app, they can upload pictures any time, which is very cool! However, this would be difficult for a person who does not regularly text or use messenger apps (like most older folks.) I'm glad I added all my relatives as friends BEFORE sending it out, as I don't think my older relative would be able to do that. When you add a friend, the unit MUST be on, and the code only lasts for 24hrs or so. Excellent screen quality, touch screen is on point and always works (haven't had to tap multiple times- it's appropriately sensitive.)
