I should first tell you that this is the fourth Aerlang massage gun that I have bought. Because I was so impressed with the first one, I purchased two more as gifts for my father and brother. And when I saw this new model with heating and cooling, I couldn’t resist and had to buy it for myself. And it turned out to be a great decision. And I know my review is pretty long, but the Aerlang massage gun is such a high quality product that has stopped my recurring muscle spasms, so I feel the least I can do is share my experience with you and fully describe how great the massage gun is. I also posted a video, if my review is too long for you to read. So, I am a heavier guy, and I used to get muscle spasms quite frequently that, because of my weight, are difficult to reach and massage. Several years ago after I had a very severe muscle spasm in my back, I had to go to physical therapy for treatment. After the therapist used a TheraGun on me, I knew I had to buy a massage gun for myself. However, I wanted to avoid the hefty price tag of a TheraGun, so during my search for a less expensive alternative, I ended up buying quite a few massage guns from department stores and pharmacies. But I ended up returning every one of them because they were nowhere close to having the same quality and power as the TheraGun that I needed for deep muscle penetration. But then I found the Aerlang massage gun, and I am forever grateful that I did. The Aerlang is so much better than all the other ones I bought, and its strength and power felt no different to me than the TheraGun. With most generic massage guns, when you put them on max power and push hard on them, they will stutter on you, and some will even lock up. Even at max power, they simply lack the strength I need for deep muscle massages. On the other hand, the Aerlang has this built-in technology that, when you push on it, it responds by ramping up its power to dive deeper into your muscles. It’s such an amazing feeling to feel the motor ramp up and penetrate deep into your muscles. The attachments are screw on and press to get supercharged
My dad came for the holidays and he fell in love with my massage gun and so he took it home with him, so I finally had to order another one, and I ordered an upgraded version of the same one I had from the same company. The last one I had had infrared heat, but this one oh my God, the heat is different, but it also has cold or cooling and OMG, you just don’t understand. One of my doctors told me to switch between hot and cold before and he said that I would really like it so since I got this, I tried switching hot and cold, hot and cold, hot and cold and oh my God, it takes a stiffness out of the muscle and I guess it confuses it so that it doesn’t ache anymore and then using the massage part on it it just drives the pain and aching all the way out. It is so good and at first I was a little bit upset with my dad for taking my massage gun, but after I got this one, I was like it was fate. It had to be. There’s only one thing that I can suggest to these guys: make the button that makes the pressure go up and down, make it to where you can hold it down instead of punching it each time that’s the only complaint I have and I know it’s not a very big one but hey, I gotta be fair. Even though I gotta press the button each time to make the power go up. I did find that if I hold it down, it does turn it off automatically whether I’m using the app or the down. I do gotta say, though that having the hot and cold on the same attachment is amazing and easy to switch and each has three levels. I’ve had four or five massage guns in my time and to be honest with you, I like this one, I like how long the battery last and one of the biggest things I like is the attachment is screw on instead of push on. One of my older massage guns had to push on attachment and I had that thing for maybe a year and a half and I use these every single day many times a day. I have muscular dystrophy and the attachment started getting loose to the point that it was falling off and I was so glad when I found out the attachments on these are screw on so that they won’t have that problem if I have this for several years, which I expect I will. The build quality is very decent, the usage the way it feels in my hand the way it makes my muscles feel better oh and when you press it down firmly it get supercharged. I don’t know how to describe it, but it’s kicks into a higher kick. I don’t know how to describe it. It just starts pounding a little bit harder on your muscles and then when you let up a little bit, it goes back to its normal massage. Period I love everything about this except the one thing and it’s not even that big of a deal having to press the power up button each time I wanted to go up a level. Great Build quality, power and battery. Heating/cooling function takes it to another level
I struggle with upper back pain and have gone through several different massage guns over the years with mixed results. I'm very happy with this model and would consider it my favorite out of the various different ones I've bought from Amazon. The device comes with a good storage case that easily holds all the attachments and accessories. It has a nice weight with a solid build quality - no visible defects, poor seals, etc. Battery life is great. Charging time seems appropriate for the time you get out of it. You won't find yourself running out of battery any time soon after charging it up. Haven't been able to drain the battery fully yet after extended use and gaps between massage sessions. I like the screen (reminds me of the Goldeneye Games!) and find that the 1-5 settings work great for my use. It goes up to 20 (!) if you need a bit more power. Without a doubt the highlight of the device is the 'Heat and Cold' attachment. I wasn't totally sure how it'd work, but one of the attachments you screw into the head of the gun has its own battery (USB-C charging). I'd never had a device that could produce heat/cold like this and I was shocked to toggle it onto the hot function and see it warm up in seconds. The gap between the three heat levels is great, with the highest being HOT but not enough to cause discomfort. Switching it over to the cooling function gets it ICE COLD in moments. Truly baffling stuff. Feels great to alternate between the two as needed. Overall, great value. If you haven't used a massage gun with a hot/cold function, I would highly recommend this as your one-and-done.

Excellent upgrade and amazing customer service I originally purchased an earlier version of this massage gun a while back and used it heavily. When it finally stopped holding a charge, I reached out to Aerlang and their customer service was excellent. They were responsive and worked with me to get a newer model, which I really appreciated. The new version is a noticeable upgrade. The gun is faster and more powerful than my previous one, and the heat and cold attachments are surprisingly effective. The cold setting actually gets very cold, and the heat provides great relief on tight muscles. I’m a jiu-jitsu athlete, and recovery is crucial for me, especially on days when my body feels beat up or my muscles are extremely tight. This massage gun has become a key part of my recovery routine. When I feel like I can’t keep going or I’m too sore to train, using this provides tremendous relief and helps me bounce back. Overall, great product and even better customer service. I would definitely recommend this massage gun to anyone who trains hard or needs reliable muscle recovery support.
