I love massagers because I am able to do it from home. I like trying out new types. This one interested me because it looks like the one I have and broke. I liked my old one because it can reach most of my back and this seems like it could as well. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT 1. I got a percussive massager from Aerlang with multiple attachments. 2. My first impression was that it cannot be taken down into pieces, which would make it so much more portable and easier to store away. 3. I like the attachments. I like the big plastic attacment that is flat and round. I also like the round ball one. However, it is most likely going to absorb the massage oils I use when I do home massagers. It is the only porous attachment. 4. I find the trigger point attachment to be a bit more uncomfortable because of the shape. 5. I like that the bottom part of the massager is not as slippery as the soft silicone on the upper part of the massager. It makes it more ergonomic especially since I mainly use this on my back. 6. I like that there is an LCD display where I can change the mode and intensity. However, I do not know why the 10 levels of intensity is basically the same as the modes. They are just sustained percussions. No patterns like other massagers. The button just increases the intensity, albeit not 10 levels. I think the button could be redundant if they basically do the same thing. 7. I do not mind that it is just sustained because it is the mode I like the best with massagers anyway. 8. What they do very well is the heating. It is definitely, warmer than my massagers that heat. 9. I am not sure if the red light is therapeutic. No irradiation mentioned. The warming and light functions are controlled through the flat round attachment. It needs to be charged. 10. It is pretty easy to clean. I also find that this lasts a while before I charge it. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that this percussive massager is cost-effective and worth its value because it is ergonomic, it is able to achieve high speeds of percussion. Any one who ever gets a sore back or neck needs one of these on hand
I'm a nearly 50 woman with 2 spots on my back that have a tendency to act up periodically--right between the shoulder blades and my left lower back. Over the years I've learned that doing some massage on it at the very first sign of a twinge can prevent it from going into full out "ouch my back!" mode. I do have a full back shiatsu cushion that I usually use, that requires a bit more effort as I need to go sit in my room for 20-30 min for a good session on that. It also doesn't do as a good job on the lower back as my upper. So gave this a try. Convenience is a huge plus. It's portable and I can have it in my home office or while on the couch for a quick session. And that means that I am more likely to act quickly and get in more sessions since it's easier. I really like having hand held control of a powerful message tool since I can really "follow" the pain the dig in exactly where it feels like it's getting to the root of the problem. It charges quick and easy and the battery lasts a long time. So long actually that I sometimes forget to charge as regular maintenance, it since i can get so many sessions out of a single charge. It's nice that it uses a charger that we already have laying around everywhere. It's not too heavy (and I have arthritic thumbs that can have a hard time with that!) and easy to hold. I had a different tool in the past where while using i would often accidentally hit a button, but even through the buttons are on the handle, for some reason it doesn't happen with this one--so that's great! It's a relatively small size, too, so can throw in a suitcase easily for travel or bring in the car for road trips. The whole massager feels very durable. I like to use a lot of pressure and it holds up just fine. I still need to play around with all the different attachments to figure out what feels best where. But honestly even with just the 2-prong one I can work on everything pretty good. Absolutely helped with pain and tension in back and neck. First, even on the first of ten power settings, you can really feel the intensity of the massage. As you progress through the available levels, it's impressive the power of the vibrations. This definitely isn't a "weak" machine. Second, heat, as advertised on the product page, is achieved through a screw on head that has it's own battery and settings right on the head itself! I've never seen this approach before, but after testing, it lives up to the claims! Shining one of my infrared temperature guns into one of the red eyes, I actually got a reading higher than advertised, 134 degrees! You can definitely feel the warmth coming off of it. You charge this had with a USB-C connection, same as the primary massage gun. There are 7 heads included, each one screws onto the base of the gun. There is an LED display on the handle of the gun, just above the power and mode buttons indicating the current settings. Another feature that isn't overly common in this line of products. The product page shows a babe sleeping to exemplify the quietness of it. Maybe the next room over, but in the same room, I'm pretty sure someone is waking up. It's not an annoying sound, more of a powerful one, but either way, not super quiet. I'm not deducting any stars for it, because I will agree it's a quiet machine overall. I really like this unit and would recommend it! There's a coupon at the time of this writing that brings the price down a bit into the $50 range, which I feel is reasonable for what you're getting here.
