I used it a lot this holiday season with a cinnamon-scented candle, which really helped to create a nice Christmas-y atmosphere. The lamp gets hot enough that it melts a significant portion of the candle (and therefore, I assume, releases a good amount of fragrance). Be aware that the candle will eventually lose its fragrance and you will either need to burn off the unusable wax, or pour it out into a paper towel-lined container and let it dry before throwing it out, as the instructions state. I also enjoy how the bulb goes up and down to fit differently-sized candles. Would recommend!
