Just what we needed
We wanted to get our catch-all basket off the kitchen countertop. We had a small shelf over the microwave (on a small cabinet) and this cutie fit it perfectly. It holds pencils, pens, highlighters, a couple of markers, paper pads (for notes and grocery lists), a magnifying glass, a letter opener, a pair of scissors (used many times daily), business cards and a few odds and ends. Easy to see what I'm reaching for and holds more than I thought for such a small desk accessory. Price was good, too.

Helps to Organize the Clutter...!
My husband uses our breakfast bar as a semi-desk area and I was tired of having his stuff scattered over the bar when I wanted to use it for meal times. I bought this organizer to encourage him to keep small items; pen, letter opener, scissors, calculator, envelopes, stamps, etc. together in one condensed space. I wish it were just a little bit larger to accomodate a few more things, but it basically works well and has helped to reduce some of the clutter.
