Kindle Fire HD Tablet for Kids
This is the second Kindle Fire we have purchased for our special needs daughter. I ordered the first one 2-3 years ago as a Christmas present. I honestly had doubts that she would use it, but they are on sale so I decided to give it a try. She has LOVED it...she really took to it and her fingers fly on it. The memory was running a bit low, so I saw they were discounted again so I ordered her a new one. The first one is pink (and I will add, it does still work, so she can actually use both). The new one is blue and a bit larger footprint size but still easy to handle, lightweight, very tough with the case, which is a great thing if you have small children or toddlers who might be a little rough on one. We don't have that issue, but it's nice to know it is so rugged in case our daughter drops it accidentally or something. Very nicely portable, and very educational. There are many kid-related apps available for download and some already installed. It has safety blocks on it to prevent a child from accessing inappropriate material or from downloading apps you don't want them to download. So basically it has the option for two users for parental controls. You can limit screen time, and monitor usage, even monitor remotely. It lasts about 8-10 hours (approximately) on a full charge and it charges quickly. A charger comes with it. 4GB RAM, 64 GB storage, up to 1 TB of expandable memory, 8-inch HD display, wifi-connectivity. You can also watch You-tube videos, download and read books and magazines, games, take and view photos. Very versatile, safe, and will provide hours of fun and learning for children.

Great for Young Toddlers – Easy to Grow Into
I got this for my daughter who is 16 months old, and while she doesn’t fully know how to use everything yet, she definitely enjoys it and is already learning. The tablet is very kid-friendly, and the interface is simple enough that she can tap around and interact with games, videos, and learning apps without getting frustrated. I like that it’s something she can grow into as she gets older rather than outgrow quickly. The case is durable and built for kids, which is important because it’s already been dropped a few times with no issues. Battery life has been solid as well. Overall, this is a great starter tablet for toddlers. Even if they don’t fully understand it yet, it keeps them engaged and helps introduce learning in a fun way.

Great basic tablet for a good price
Perfect for toddler. Easy to set up, and use, has the parent app to control content, and usage. Have an adult tablet, and another child tablet, and we like all 3 of them. Speed is excellant for a toddler. Plays movies from apps without any difficulty, no lag, and I have downloaded several movies to it. Great quality, and very durable for toddlers who throw things, or just drop them when they are done with them. I have not had a storage issue at this time. Screen quality, and picture is good. I bought a screen protector, and the case that comes with it is very durable. Not compatible with the google app store which is frustrating. Easy to download and read books.
