Amazing trip back to a happy childhood!
Proust. “Remembrance of Things Past.” In that novel, the hero searches forever to find and experience a flavor from his childhood, little madelaine cakes. I didn’t know I was on that same quest until the first bite of these caramel popcorns sent me flying back to Tulsa OK, late 50s. Our great aunt Fran would make caramel corn when the weather got cool. (No AC). This popcorn shot me back in time to that wonderful flavor and experience. SO much deeper and richer than the brands you find in stores. WOW!
