Ideal cookware for glass-top stove
I don’t leave reviews often, but these pans truly impressed me. After moving into a home with a glass-top stove, I needed cookware that wouldn’t scratch the surface. I researched stainless steel, but many reviews warned about sticking, and ceramic felt like a risky choice due to weight and performance. I also wanted a nonstick option that was genuinely non-toxic, without paying luxury-brand prices. That search led me to the Ammeloo hybrid non-stick stainless steel pans, and I’m so glad it did. They check every box: sturdy without being heavy, completely non-stick, and incredibly easy to clean. No sticking, no scratching, no hassle. Amazing pans
There’s a certain celebrity chef who endorses a brand name version of this type of cookware. Brand rhymes with Gexblad. Celebrity name rhymes with Hordon Samsay. Anyway, I don’t know how these compare to those, but the reviews said they are comparable and my girlfriend absolutely loves them. Her favorite pans she has ever had, hands down. So easy to clean, stuff doesn’t stick… it’s so good. And the price… hard to justify spending as much on a pan as it costs for a set of these. If you have a large family I would probably find something bigger than what this has, though.

I was surprised by the ceramic non-stick interior of these pots, but found that when cooking an unattended pot of oatmeal the surface is truly non-stick. The directions warn to avoid metal utensils and not to put cold water into a hot pan to avoid cracking the porcelain surface. The handles are hollow and stay cool, and open on both ends so water doesn’t get trapped inside. The metal is thick enough to prevent warping, but not so heavy that I can’t lift a full pot. These pots and pans are great and definitely a good choice for me.

Great so far!
Just used them for the first time! After 30 years I got a new range so of course I needed new pans to go with it, they are great! Cooked great, nonstick was great, clean up was effortless!! Time will tell but hopefully they hold up to another 30 years!
