Yes the pages stick BUT...
Great notebook. I’ve bought dozens over the years. The pages do stick together lately & that’s a pain. But if you’ll flip to the back of a stuck-together section of pages, you can peel off the individual pages without tearing them up. Not the best answer but it works.

These are great to keep my meal prep organized. The size is perfect, it doesn’t take up as much space as a full spiral notebook which is handy in the kitchen. I like that the layout leaves me room for notes on the side.
