For those of you that love going out for coffee at some of those high-end coffee retailers you know how expensive getting something as simple as an espresso or a cappuccino can be! Thankfully all that has changed because of this absolutely phenomenal espresso maker from AMZCHEF!! The great thing about this product is that it comes with everything that you'll need to make the perfect espresso or cappuccino! Included in the package is obviously the espresso maker Brewing System, a single or double shot filter, the portafilter, a tamper and scoop and a fantastic step by step instructions with pictures! It truly doesn't get any easier than that! They give you instructions for first time use, preheating the Brewing System, making something as simple as hot water, making espresso, frothing milk and last but not least descaling the system after several uses! I found this product to be very easy to use and a super cost-effective way to get an excellent espresso! For my first time use I simply used some of my favorite espresso grounds and place a scoop in the portafilter! I then use the tamper to press down on the grounds and then proceeded to brew as instructed! I have to say that this machine did a great job in Brewing the espresso as there was a nice level of Crema on the top of the espresso as well which makes me believe that this machine does just as good of a job as those others out there that could cost hundreds more and in some occasions thousands more! I'm actually very impressed with the simplicity and the Beautiful Aesthetics of this machine as well! This machine looks very robust and looks aesthetically pleasing in my workspace! It looks like something that would have cost hundreds more than it's actual price on Amazon! Therefore, based on my review I am rating this product five stars because it truly is an excellent espresso machine! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This product is simple to use, looks absolutely beautiful and truly makes a great cup of espresso whenever you need it! Also, this is very reasonably priced on Amazon especially for everything that you are getting with this machine!

Many considerations, but at least pulls decent shot of espresso

First thing, first, it uses a 51 brew group, which is much smaller than standard espresso sizes. If you already own espresso tools, tampers, distributors, dosing funnels, puck screens, from more common machines, they will not fit unless they’re this specific size. You’ll need to buy all new accessories, which adds cost and frustration right out of the gate, included a steaming pitcher and definitely a better tamper because the one included is a plastic scooped tamper. Despite the listing, this is not a true touchscreen. It’s a button panel with printed icons. It works fine, but calling it a touchscreen is misleading and sets expectations higher than what you actually get. Performance wise, it brews okay espresso. The 20-bar pump sounds impressive on paper, but like many home machines, real-world results depend more on grind, puck prep, and temperature stability. The espresso is serviceable, crema is decent, and the steam wand can froth milk well enough for lattes, but it doesn’t stand out. Where this really stumbles is value. At $159.99, it’s overpriced for what it offers, especially considering similarly priced machines with more standard brew sizes, better build quality, and wider accessory compatibility and inclusions. The compact size is nice for small kitchens or offices, but that alone doesn’t justify the cost. TL;DR: It works, it’s small, and it looks clean on a counter, but between the non-standard 51mm group, misleading touchscreen claim, and high price, it’s hard to recommend unless you specifically want a compact, closed-system espresso machine and don’t mind starting from scratch with spending more for accessories. I also can’t speak about its durability. It is too soon to tell, but I often add updates 6 months to a year in so we’ll have to wait and see. Great expresso machine and works greatly

I am genuinely so impressed with this espresso machine and honestly wish I would have bought it sooner. From the moment I opened the box I could tell it was made with great quality and attention to detail. The stainless steel design looks sleek, modern, and expensive and it instantly upgraded the look of my kitchen counter. It feels sturdy and well made instead of lightweight or cheap like some other machines I’ve tried in the past. Setup was surprisingly easy and the instructions were simple to follow even for someone who isn’t super experienced with espresso machines. The touch screen is very responsive and user friendly and makes customizing drinks quick and convenient. The espresso comes out rich, smooth, hot, and full of flavor with an amazing crema every single time. I’ve made lattes, cappuccinos, iced espresso drinks, and regular shots and everything has turned out delicious. The steam wand froths milk beautifully and creates creamy foam that honestly tastes just like coffee shop drinks. I also appreciate how fast the machine heats up because it saves so much time in the mornings. Cleaning is easy and the removable parts make maintenance simple which is a huge plus since I use it daily. Since buying this machine I’ve stopped spending money at coffee shops nearly as often because the drinks I make at home taste just as good if not better. I’ve already recommended this espresso machine to multiple friends and family members because it has completely exceeded my expectations in every way. Definitely one of the best kitchen purchases I’ve made in a long time and absolutely worth the money.

Delicious lattes, love the froth!

We had to wait for the right weekend at our house to christen this machine, we wanted enough time to spend trying all aspects of it out and making some of our favorite cappuccinos and lattes. Today was that day, and I have to say, as small as this machine is ( and small being good because I hate taking up counter space) it delivers 100% and beyond what we have gotten in restaurants or from any coffee bar. The directions are easy to follow, we did the pre prep before the first cup per the instructions and then started in with our single and then double shot espressos. We took turns frothing milk and we both decided that was our favorite part, we went through a lot more than we drink just having fun with it and practicing. By noon we were both so full of caffeine we were jittery but had each perfected our own favorite cups, but also knew what the other one liked. I'm a double shot and I love thick cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. I can't believe we put off buying an espresso maker for so long, largely because it just seemed like such a hassle to figure out how they operated, but this one was a piece of cake. I like the speed with which it heats up and the quick and easy cleanup, and if I haven't mentioned how great it froths milk several times already let me add it here once again! Goodbye to $8 morning coffees, hello to custom, perfect, lattes every morning, and without the wait in line to get them. For me this is an easy five-star recommendation!
