I recently ordered this frame for a dear friend’s 25th anniversary. I was only able to personalize two sides and reached out to the seller through Amazon- hours after already ordering it- to request them to please add another custom detail. The personalization is fast, and despite my original order being ready for shipment, the seller very kindly added the extra detail, shipped it out the same day and it arrived perfectly in time for their party. The frame arrived well packaged and was even prettier in person than the Amazon product image. It is a beautiful, sturdy, sleek and modern style frame. The customization was clear and perfect.
