Built to last
This stand is solid. It’s all metal, except for the grey silicone round pads that grip and protect table surfaces, and gray silicone rectangular strips that grip and cushion the laptop or tablet. The stand is fairly light and non-magnetic so I would say it is coated aluminum. The two flat plates, top and bottom, are a little over 2 millimeters in thickness – not thin, not thick, but just right. The plates do not flex when expanding or folding the stand. I am almost certain that this stand will not collapse under even the heaviest of laptops because it is quite stiff. The arms are built tough; they are thick, with an integrated cross brace. The arms are secured solidly by two screws each. (See photo.) I use the stand to hold my Kindle much closer to eye level. Not having to bend my neck to look down limits neck strain. The cutout of the cat face, with “whisker” vent holes is a nice touch. I can’t tell you how long the hinges will last if the stand is constantly opened and closed. That is, if you travel with it in your luggage or backpack on a daily basis. But, if you set it up once and leave it on a desk, I can see this thing lasting a lifetime or two.

Absolutely Amazing! Strong, Durable! Much more than I thought it would be!
This laptop stand is my new best friend! Not does the Anodized Aluminum finish look great, but the stand does it's job, and does it perfectly! I was pleasantly surprised to have some hinges built into this stand that actually took some muscles to extend. Meaning, you won't place your laptop on it only for it to drop right back down to it's folded position! I'm currently using this stand with MS Surface Laptop and not only does it fit perfectly, but its easy to adjust to the perfect height and position to relieve tension in the neck and shoulder areas! The minimal design is effective at cooling. The bottom "end" where your laptop would rest against provides about an inch of coverage, so regardless how thick your device is, you should be good to go. It's important to note, that when using a laptop these edges don't get in the way at all! I'm just completely impressed with the product and I have nothing but great things to say about it!

I got this laptop stand for office use and heres what i think about it When i first opened the package, i noticed how it is quite light and easy to store in a bag or a laptop case so it seemed very portable Once i tried to set it up, pulling the hinge of the stand to adjust the height was quite challenging at first, i dont know if its just like that when you first start using it When i added my laptop onto the stand, the stand held my laptop well and it was really sturdy which gave me the assurance i need that my laptop wont suddenly drop or any issue will occur while im using the stand The material of this laptop stand is very nice and strong and it is also very durable and i recommend you get this laptop stand if you are looking for a good and reliable laptop stand for your laptop
