Customer reviews

These solved my earbud problem.
After buying these, I feel like I’ve wasted so much time and money on buds that just weren’t as good for a variety of different reasons. Setting these up is a breeze if you’re in the Apple ecosystem. Fit is nice and snug but still comfortable, and it should be easy to find your fit with any of the 5 included tip sizes. Favorite part about this aspect of the airpods is that they actually stay put in my ears even during periods of moderate activity and exercise, which has been a huge pain point with other earbuds for me. Controls are easy to use, responsive, and accurate in the case of the volume swipe controls (which should be the industry standard by the way). Noise cancelling is insanely good, as is the transparency mode. You can go from everything around you almost going completely silent to hearing everything almost as clearly as if you weren’t wearing anything in your ears. Sound quality is very good, too. Super crisp, clear, well-rounded and dynamic. They sound good listening to almost any type of media. Battery life isn’t as good as other earbuds, but still decent, and you won’t have to worry about charging these too often, and I say this having mostly used these with ANC on. There’s also so many other bells and whistles with these that I really have no intention of using (spatial audio, hearing aid, live translation), but those things are still there for those that may want or need them, making them very versatile for a number of different things. The only complaint I have with these is that the case does get marked up pretty easily in the pocket with other things (phone, keys, etc.) but this problem is easily solved with a third party protective case. Final thoughts: Don’t make the same mistake I did. If you’re in the Apple ecosystem, just get these. They do everything you want them to do and more. It’s more than worth the price.

A little pricey but worth it
For a while I've been using the budget friendly Earfun Air Pro 4 at $54. There was a modest sale for the AirPod Pro 3 (20% off at $200), and having a Mac and iPhone for sometime, I thought maybe it was time to give it a try. If the EarFun is a Honda Civic in that it's not fancy but solid and gets you where you need to be, then the AirPods is a Jaguar. It's the EarFun on steroids. The AirPods are designed to take advantage of Apple Music and it clearly does. The dynamic range is fantastic, and the albums in Dolby Atmos suddenly feel like it's three dimensional. It's remarkably well balanced. Bass, midrange, and treble sound great. I'm hearing details in music I'd never heard before. No EQ is needed, though the EarFun does allow for more customizing. The ANC on the EarFun is adequate, but the AirPods are noticeably better. In addition, the earbuds automatically switches to a transparent mode if it detects you're in conversation and switches back afterwards. Volume controls are reliable by sliding the stem up and down and tracks are easy to move forward and back. To be fair, there's complete customizing on the EarFun's on how you want to format the tracks. As for the microphone, it's not a contest. Doing a test on my own phone, while the AirFun isn't bad, the AirPods are far and away more clear. Battery life seems solid, and also if the case gets lost, it registers on the phone and Apple's iCloud "Find My" service. It charges pretty fast. It also automatically pairs with multiple Apple device without having to go through settings. If money's tight, the Earfun would certainly do the job. I haven't tried the other features like it checks your heart rate (does that make the iWatch unnecessary?), But if you want to get the full experience with everything music has to offer, especially with Apple products, I'd highly recommend this.

Apple Does NOT Disappoint, once again!
Apple does not disappoint, once again! Didn’t even know my left hearing is slightly degraded until I took the hearing test 3 times. Thanks heavy metal music! Anyways, sound quality is crisp and clear. Heart is monitored during workouts, isn’t what the Apple Watch is for? I roam Japan so, it does translate to English, kinda cool! Adaptive and Noise Canceling modes are excellent. It charges lightning fast from 15% to 85% in 15 minutes. Wish the ear tips would mold to the ear canal as it’s inserted for better fit and seal. This device is way better than those prescription hearing aids, even generic hearing aids. Call quality is amazing, controls are easy. The device goes to standby mode when you fall asleep with it on. Don’t use it for too long because of RF radiation levels are quite high when I measured it while being used, it might cook your brain, I won’t know until something happens. Excellent device for music, podcasts, movies, translations, news, movie watching, calls, reading for dyslexics, etc. It’s good, really good!

Love em!!
I’ve been using them daily and they’ve exceeded my expectations in every way. The sound quality is incredible—crisp highs, rich bass, and everything in between sounds super balanced. The noise cancellation is a game changer, especially when I’m traveling or just trying to focus. It blocks out distractions so well, but I also appreciate how easy it is to switch to transparency mode when I need to be aware of my surroundings. The fit is comfortable and secure, even during long listening sessions or workouts. I barely notice I’m wearing them. Battery life has also been excellent—I can go hours without needing to recharge, and the case gives me plenty of extra juice. Pairing with my devices was seamless, and the connectivity has been rock solid—no dropouts or lag. Everything just works the way it should. Overall, these are hands down the best earbuds I’ve owned. If you’re on the fence, just go for it—you won’t regret Off and on for years I’ve tried to
