Stunning
I replaced a 2024 M2 iPad Air 11" which is already an impressive device. Did I need to upgrade? Nope. Did I have $1300 (I bought the Smart Folio case from Apple to go with it) laying around...not really (love the Prime card 12 months 0% financing). Do I regret my impulse purchase? I REGRET NOTHING. The dimensions are stunning, especially sans case. This has, almost exactly, the same length and width as the standard 8.5" x 11" piece of paper we're all familiar with. And it's about as thick as 50 of those pieces of paper. Think about that. It's a computer and a 13" screen in a form factor the size of a notebook that weighs about as much as a half liter plastic bottle of water. This is simply an insane piece of technology. I am 53 this year. If you had shown this to me when I was a child, I would have thought this was an alien artifact smuggled out of Area 51. It is that impressive. The screen is the star of the show. It's just...breathtaking is a stupid thing to say about something like this but it absolutely applies. The contrast, resolution, colors and 'pro motion' (120Hz refresh rate) make it the nicest screen in my house. Yes you can get a TV that looks as good as this, but I don't have one even though I love my Q70 Samsung. The audio that comes out of something this flat is pretty wild too. My primary work station is a 15" M3 MacBook Air. These speakers are better than that (so is the screen, not close. And yes I know I'm comparing an Air laptop with a Pro iPad but that's my frame of reference. Holding this in one hand, unsupported, will induce some fatigue relatively quickly. If you're using two hands, you can tote this thing all day but it becomes somewhat difficult to utilize the touchscreen effectively that way, in my experience. In terms of performance, I don't do anything on it that taxes it but it feels snappier than the iPad Air it replaced but this could just be the Pro Motion experience. There is a lot of horsepower here and whatever you do on a tablet this thing will laugh at. I would love to have had the money to splurge for the 1TB model with the 16G of RAM (12 in the 256/512 models) and the nanotexture glass (what is this? No idea but I'd like it, I think). For me 256G local storage is more than fine and the $650 difference from here to 1TB, even with the extra features, could in no way be justified on what was already a luxury purchase. Battery life is fantastic. It's better than my 11" Air which was already fine. Again my primary 'work' station is a MacBook Air so I'm not on this thing 9 hours a day but I could use it 2-3 days without a charge. The charger I use is the 35w dual USB-C that came with the 15" MacBook Air and it is lightning fast...getting this back to 80% from 50% in less than an hour.

Pricey but amazing
It’s definitely pricey but if you are looking to do anything on a professional level or if you are an artist looking to expand your abilities then this tablet is definitely for you!! It is an amazing video editing device too. It’s lightweight and the size of the bigger screen lets you really take in the sharpness of the screen itself. I watched some of “the Vinland saga” on both my tv and my iPad and the colors blew me away on the iPad. It’s also super smooth in terms of frames. I can’t really explain how amazing and satisfying it is on the eye while using this device. If you have the money to spend I highly recommend this product. It does both modern and retro gaming with ease, handles video editing and drawing like a pro (especially with the smart pen you can get) and overall it was a smooth experience and the setup is as simple as any other modern day Apple product.

For starters…..WOW!
Where do I begin? The colors on this thing pop like no one’s business! This 13 inch screen is huge but the iPad is incredibly light. There’s real estate for multitasking easily on this beast. As for battery, it’s affected by WiFi usage and screen brightness most of all but even with that included, the battery life is amazing. With 4 speakers lining the iPad to create a true small stereo experience. It is expensive, I will admit but like my daddy always told me, you get what you pay for and paying for this, you’re getting a premium product. A must for any tech head or someone that’s looking to upgrade from an M3 chip.

Great iPad
Great iPad with bigger screen than I had before. I had a generation 6 so this Pro version is a great improvement. Delivery was great. I had to provide a code at the door, which I was happy about so it didn't wind up in someone else's hands. Very sharp images but much has changed so I'm learning how to move around in my various apps differently.
