Super cute shirt! Runs small though!
I ordered this in a size large based off of the size chart. I am normally a small/medium but didn't want to chance this not fitting so I went with the large. The sleeves are a bit loose (about 1/2" extra) but with the fabric it looks fine. It fits perfectly in the bust but is a bit loose in the waist (I was expecting this based on my proportions) but it still looks super cute! It is not overly form fitting sized like this and looks like it does on the model in the photos. So unless you're really wanting a very fitted sweater look I would consider sizing up 1-2 sizes. I probably could have gotten away with the medium but I also like the extra length of the large which makes it easier to tuck into my work trousers. The bottom hem lands about 1.5" below my natural waist so it still looks cute untucked with jeans as well. The fabric is nice and soft with good drape, but. haven't washed it yet, so I can't speak to pilling or stretch but will update my review after a couple of washes. The lower color of the shirt is warmer tonted pale cream (not oatmeal cream) and the upper portion is more cool than warm, a beigy greige. The knit is a very nice fine knit and the shirt looks much more expensive than it is, making it a great value for the price--I just hope it holds up well in the wash! For reference, I have a 38" bust, 29" waist and 42" hips and am 5'8" but mostly legs, so this might run shorter on someone with a longer torso.

Even though the fabric only contains 5% wool, it still feels soft, refined, and surprisingly luxurious against the skin. The knit texture and color block design give it a very soft and casual look that works beautifully with trousers, skirts, or jeans. The fabric is lightweight and such a great quality feel and look. I also really like the relaxed fit because it drapes nicely without looking sloppy. It feels comfortable enough for all-day wear while still looking put together. If you like more fitted clothing, probably would be a good idea to go down one size to get that more fitted look. I was honestly nervous about washing it because I liked it so much, so even though the label said machine washable, I decided to hand wash it to be safe—and it came out beautifully with no issues. So overall, this top feels classy, comfortable, elegant and very versatile. Such a great piece to create a variety of outfits. Great find! Here is how I rate items: 5 Stars = Exceeds expectations, a good find. 4 Stars = Very good quality, worth trying. 3 Stars = Decent and does what is says. 2 Stars = Below expectations with noticeable issues. 1 Star = Very poor quality, would not recommend.
