If you are looking for a memorable and unique gift, you just found it! These slates are beautiful & of high quality. ArtPix customer service was amazing to work with. I had originally ordered two identical slates as Valentine gifts. When they arrived, I was disappointed that the photo on the slates was a bit darker than I was expecting. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send them a photo of the slates, which I did. After their production team reviewed the photos, they pleasantly agreed to remake the slates for me! I was given the option to use the original photo or send a new one. I chose to send a new photo. I was given several options to preview, with various croppings of the photo to choose from. After selecting which cropping I wanted to use for the new slates, the slates were remade and arrived in just 2 days! Still in plenty of time for Valentine's Day gifting! The slates arrived safely wrapped and well-packaged. I was so impressed by the quality and customer service, that I ordered another single slate to give as an 18th birthday gift to a family friend (female). The photo I used for this slate was a black and white photo and it really popped on the slate! It was especially loved by the recipient and even made her mom cry! (Photo was of her blowing out the candles on her cake at her 3rd bday.) These slates are of high quality and ArtPix is a company that values customer satisfaction as a top priority! Beautiful and fast delivery

I lost my best friend, partner in crime. Confidant. Kiddo, Fur Baby. Soul Dog to Osteosarcoma Feb 22nd. It was the hardest day of my 50 years. To help your best friend who is so precious cross the rainbow bridge when you don't want to let go. I made the best choice for him. He was done fighting and I couldn't stand by him and watch him deteriorate in a body that was betraying him. I made the impossible call and let the vet I had on standby know he was ready. He went to the rainbow bridge on a beautiful Sunday afternoon on his blanket in the sun. Me holding him, telling him it was OK, that I loved him and it was time for him to be free of all the pain, to run and play and be his handsome self again. He took his last breath at 4:30 in the afternoon, surrounded by love. My arms wrapped around him. That evening I made a tribute to him. But I couldn't find the right thing to display it on until I found this slate being used like a canvas. You see Cisco was a 4 corners Doberman. He was born in NW New Mexico. But spent most of his life in the Mountains of Western Colorado. This was the most fitting memorial I could think of. It's well made & absolutely beautiful. You won't be dissatisfied with it at all.

Very happy with this product

Better than expected. Unfortunately, my grandfather passed away—it was the first major loss our family has experienced. My dad was very close to him, so I wanted to get something meaningful and lasting. My dad can be a bit picky about quality, but he genuinely loved this. The photo came out with great resolution, and the product itself is very well made. It’s now sitting on his mantel, and it looks great. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something special.

This is the most beautiful non expensive gift I have gotten for someone and came sooner than expected to be customized. I love it and have someone crying because of it. Not intentional but this after house fires amd stuff omg they really do a great job will definitely do again
