Beautiful mixing bowls but really heavy.
I got this set to use the largest bowl for mixing sourdough for bread. It is the perfect size and I can let the dough rise overnight in the same bowl. I haven't used the two smaller bowls yet but they are all really pretty. My only concern is the weight. The bowls are quite heavy and they get slippery when soapy. I have a little problem getting the smaller bowls out of the stack when I store them too. I have to turn the whole stack over and let them slide partway out to get a hold of an edge to separate them. I'm afraid they will chip if an edge is hit by another bowl so I put a dry dish cloth between each bowl to pad them a little. They wash up nice and other than being slippery they are great. They are very thick so I hope they will be durable but I will treat them gently just in case. Too pretty to not treat well.
