Thoughtfully designed product with great customer support !
Delivery: The product arrived within 2 days, neatly packed within air cushioned box, folded inside. Setup: You can setup the entire massager parts together in < 30 seconds. Manual is simple to follow. Usage: Me (6'4"" tall , 210lbs) and my wife (5'5" , 150lbs) have tried it across multiple chairs and couch at our home and felt this product goes well with the ones that have wide seating area. The flexible velcro belt helps to secure the massager to any chair so no issues with its stability during the use. Functioning: Wired Remote is fairly simple to use. Me and my wife liked different heat and intensity settings and it fit both of our needs. We could flip the leather cover and/or the head rest of the massager (shown in video) if you need a more deeper massage and better heat. Both my office (Herman Miller Aeron) and gaming chair were very convenient to be used with the massager. In built timer to auto stop is great since I don't want to be any longer than 20 mins in a single session and I don't have to worry about that with this massager. Benefits: I have chronic back pain and this gives me a great relief over 2 sessions per day. It helps take out the fatigue of doing desk job all day long. I always go with full back massage in 1 session and just lower back by end of the day. Convenience: The product's footprint is very less when folded. We took this to a road trip with us so that I could get some relief from long drive sessions. So, I would say it is portable and also easy to store/save at home when not in use. Customer support: Very responsive customer service that helped answer some of my questions and looking to get feedback on the massager for improvements if any. Verdict: The only thing I would like to see is the reliability of the motor over time and regular use. But, I have to say none of the parts feels cheap ! The PU leather, massage rollers inside, remote and its cable, velcro belt and all feels good quality so probably this should last long. Would highly recommend this massager !!

This back massager with heat is fabulous! I prefer it to the big massage chairs in nail salons or gyms. The set up was quick and easy as the user manual was clear and complete. The massage chair is comfortable and the remote is simple to understand. After a morning of gardening and yoga, this massage chair works out the kinks in my back with deep tissue kneading, massages my tired and sore muscles, and warms my body. When time is up 20 minutes later, I am relaxed, invigorated and ready to face the rest of the day. I appreciate that the massage chair is strong, durable, easy to wipe down, attaches to a chair with Velcro, and fits my body shape. The adjustable pillow is a practical and appreciated feature. The heat and massage intensities are easy to adjust, and I like that my entire back can be massaged, or just the middle or lower back. This back massage chair is light and easy to move around to different rooms and chairs, which I have done. The couch is too soft, a chair works better for me. It is now located in the family room, set up and ready to use. This back massager with heat functions exactly as promised, and it is a practical and affordable alternative to going out for a massage. Professional quality, quiet and powerful chair massagerul
I spend 8-9 hours desk job with computer and playing tennis, my back and neck need help. I tried over a dozen shiatsu massagers and own a few for home and car from Amazon. I even own office chair with built in massage function. They all do a decent job. This Flekzo unit is the best for home and work. It is very well made with high quality material and esthetics. It fits with my office chair very well with sturdy back support, so I can leave it there and use it throughout the day. It also covers the whole back and optional neck area. It has heat, adjustable intensity and cover areas, which is nice. The attached remote is simple and manual is clear. It took me one minute to set up from the box without any assemble except for plugging in the power outlet. I think I could use it for the car ride with car power adapter. I can also lay it flat on my bed for different position. It is also very quiet. A couple of minor negatives are: it does not match with my chair color and it needs to connect to a power source, so I have to be mindful about the wire. I have others try it and all are impressed. Overall, I really like it. It is a keeper...

One evening after helping my friend move furniture all day, my lower back was killing me. I set this on my recliner for 20 minutes, and it genuinely felt like I had booked a massage appointment. I also like that you can target specific areas instead of running a full session every time. The only downside is that the massage can feel intense at first, especially on the neck area, but placing a thin blanket over it solved that for me.
