I bough this product to help reduce my mother's backpain due arthritis - and I am very happy with the purchase! When you factor in the price, the quality of the material, product support -> this is a top tire product and must have! Why this was perfect purchase: - Product built with great materials and has 1 year warranty (companies that are very confident in their products built and product performance, will offer long warranty) - The product is made with a soft plush material which is very comfortable to seat on - Has option to turn on/off the heating for seat and reduce inflammation - Has 4 options to turn on/off message types: Tapping, Rolling, Pulsate and Kneading - Has 4 options to target specific areas: Upper Back, Lower Back, Hips and Thighs or you can do all at once - Has timer that can be set if you want to message for a specific time amount - Has straps on the back and bottom on the product to help secure the massager on a chair (Which is very thoughtful). - There is a control switch that is easy to reach, words on the switches are easy to read and the bottom layout is intuitive. - There is a sew-in pouch where the controller can be place to avoid losing it or accidently sitting on it (Which is also very thoughtful)

I LOVE my new Cupilo chair massager, when I attached this to my recliner in my bedroom 😍 it was a perfect match!! I come home change clothes then jump into my chair, the vibration is heaven sent!! The vibrator has 5 different settings, it has a heated setting....or not... and you can choose to have it concentrated on 4 different areas of your body. I have fallen asleep in my chair with this massager on a few times already and you can set the timer 30-60-90 mins!!!! The only thing I wish was different is that the top would come up a little higher to reach the shoulders and back of neck area.... but it's ok, because there are plenty of neck massager her on Amazon to choose from, so that will be my next purchase 😉. The vibration of the cupilo massger provides the perfect amount of pressure those shiatsu massagers go a little to deep for and causes soreness to me. The price is perfect and the company also offers an extended warranty for free!!! So, don't think twice... you deserve this!!!

I bought this chair massager almost 2 months back now. Been using it since almost every day. I have put it on my relaxing chair as you can see in the picture. It stays there, plugged in. Everyday after work, I just sit down and get a nice massage for my aching back and thighs. Once I'm done, just switch off and walk away. Massager itself works on the principles of heat and vibrations. Keep in mind that it's not a ball massager. It has different modes and intensity settings. You can use it with or without heat. There's a timer as well, allowing you to choose how long you want to use it. You can also focus on particular area of back and thigh, if you want targeted relief. I love this product. Good value for money and convenient to use. I cannot vouch for longevity but I have other products that I bought from Comfier, to gift my family members and they are still working well. It's been 3 years. So hopefully this product will give me the same performance.
