This is a fun snack tray to use while watching movies or television programs at home. They can also be used as meal trays for picnics, parties or barbecues. They are large enough to hold a full adult meal. It's a cute and convenient way to portion out snacks for an event, so everyone gets the same amount of treats and eats. Visually, they look great loaded up with goodies and sitting out on a table waiting to be served. They definitely provide a buzzy party vibe. The trays are made of thick, smooth and durable paper. This set doesn't feel cheap. The graphics are more matinee than holiday themed, so they can be used any time of the year. The ink and graphics are good quality. The printed images on the boxes don't have a strong or strange odor. We like the purple tones that aren't too loud. The white interiors of the food containers subtly help to guide your hands to goodies during movies in a dimly lit room. All the boxes are easy to assemble. The kit includes taping dots to ensure the assembled cups and boxes don't fall apart while being used. You can always add more of your own clear adhesive tape at the joining points of the boxes if serving young children with these. The two food containers fit snugly into the main tray. We've tried our boxes with typical movie fare and small, hot meals. The trays hold up great. They don't come undone or fall apart during the 1-2 hours we use them. The box and its containers don't get soggy from contact with buttered popcorn, hot dogs, or French fries. The spot for a paper drink cup is convenient, but drink cups aren't included with the set. We placed small bottles of juice or soda-size aluminum cans in the cup slot, and those didn't tip out. The tallest food container is a popcorn bucket that holds four cups of popped popcorn. The boxes are strong enough to handle the use of plastic and metal forks in them. The movie snack trays have a small footprint overall. They don't overhang an adult's lap, so they stay where you put them. They can also sit flat on couches and beds; places you might watch a movie. They can be handheld too, if necessary. The snack box can be reused over and over for a while, unless you spill something in/on it. They just fold out and stay together with a tab system. You could put tape over the tab to help keep it together if you plan on using it more than once. The volume of the popcorn box is about a medium size (just enough for one, maybe two people). The movie ticket is a nice tough...the kids wrote our name on them to personalize our VIP experience :) This is a fun little kit and should bring some authenticity to family move nights from here on out. These are adorable, don’t require tape to keep folded and slots are nice sized for can soda, and the baskets provided. We put hot bc and chicken sliders in the one basket, they held up well. Same with popcorn basket, handled hot food. These were so cute and a hit at my daughters movie party night
