If you've ever used a baking sheet in your life, then you know that in short order they go from looking shiny and new to old and dirty. This 3 piece set of baking sheets is all you'll ever need. They are thick and durable, come in 3 sizes, and the silicone mats keep food from sticking without having to use any type of non-stick oil or butter. The cooling racks are a plus as well. Trust me on this, with the first use, my wife made cookies and she was skeptical on the silicone mats, but guess what? Took them out of the over and the cookies came right of with no sticking or residue left behind. I expect these to stay clean and new looking for a lot longer than just your everyday baking sheet.

What can I say? The baking sheets are solid and well-constructed, but the addition of the racks and silicone mats take this set to the next level. I feel like I've had a major baking sheet upgrade. My other baking sheets are extra-large, purchased from an industrial supplier. And while they are great quality, having pans the appropriate size for the task is a plus and makes cleaning much simpler. 10/10 recommend.

Very, very happy with this purchase. Love having the three sizes but what surprised me the most is how much I love the liners. Makes clean up so easy! Pans are a great depth which really protects your oven from spills.
