Great Product & Customer Service
I removed my previous review as it is now irrelevant; to summarize, the base is made with two pieces and mine were installed 180° off, rendering the notches to hold the tools upright useless. An entire replacement was promptly sent (in a new color for variety), so now I have two wonderful bar kits. Unfortunately only one set is dishwasher safe, but that was the replacement, I had chosen one without that benefit. The set itself is solid, feels great, looks great, but most importantly, works great. No leaks in the shaker, the seal is tight without much effort. Everything else works as expected, and hopefully will last a long time! One odd thing, the Hawthorne strainer I the first set seems to have a loose bit in it because something rattles around, we thought it was a weird feature until we found the second one didn't rattle. The customer service was the best part, very kind and efficient. I contacted their support through text message. Sarah received my initial inquiry about the base and was quick to confirm details and get a replacement lined up within 24 hours. I received the replacement less than a week later.

Cute Barset with all the necessary bartools for homebartending
Received this from Bare Barrel to try out. I was not a fan of Cobbler Shakers for awhile, but after trying this set, call me converted! Very surprised by the quality of the tools. The stand is a major plus and I really like how there are grooves on the bottom for the tools to rest. This way, they don't move or slide around, staying in place if you have to transport the stand (upright of course). I have been using Boston Shakers for years, but this Cobbler Shaker is amazing to use! The shaker seal is tight with no leaks after making 5+ cocktails with the thing, and it wasn't difficult to pull the top cap off for the pour. The cutest touch is the spout pourer cleaner brush. I don't think I have ever seen a kit include this. It is perfect for all my pour spouts! I do wish there was a spot on the stand for it but this is minor. Otherwise, I am very happy with the quality of the tools. It's just enough tools for home bartending and looks great on the countertop when guests come over. Great set but the drink cards!
So I think this is a great set with everything you need to jump into actually doing things like a bartender. However I think the drink card book is what sets this apart. It has a great selection of typical drinks. Thing is that it is categorized, tells you the proper glass to use, and is all around handy. I took it with me to the booze store and got everything I needed to make mojitos, old fashioned, daiquiri, ward 8....man I am drinking stuff I didn't know existed and it is delicious. They give you recipes and how to use your new tools to make it. This set is a wonderful surprise.

Beautiful, high quality but not dishwasher safe
This set is really nice and holds-up well when hand washed. We purchased the copper set. Unfortunately it is NOT dishwasher safe so be aware of that. I wish I could put it in the dishwasher but that was my mistake as I didn’t thoroughly read the description. It is otherwise a very nice, high quality cocktail kit. It looks great on our sideboard in the dining room and it’s been very handy when we entertain.
