Great product and customer service
Edit: I am leaving my original review below. After recieving another bad unit from Amazon I contacted Barfly by Mercer directly and they made it right. They said they are working to address the problems with the one shaker cup and the replacement they sent me has a much better feel to it. As I am writing this post I have used the kit a few times a week for about a month and I have had no other problems. The stainless is holding its shine well and hasn't discolored and the cups seal well. Overall great product and I am happy with the customer support I recieved. Everything looks and works great but I gave it 2 stars because of what seems like a manufacturing defect. The second time I washed the shakers (by hand) the bottom fell off the large one. I am going to try contacting the seller to see if I can get it replaced. It appears the large shaker was only spot welded in a couple of places and they just flaked off where the smaller shaker has a bead welded all the way around.

More expensive than others on here for a reason
There are a lot of bar kits on Amazon with more stuff for less money. This is worth the extra money however. This has only the items that everyone needs in order to make most cocktails and no extra garbage that most people won't need. It's very high quality and looks great. I love mine and use it a few times a week and it works perfectly. You don't need a 30 piece bar kit, this will do everything a normal person will want to make cocktails at home and won't clutter you place with a bunch of cheap niche items that you won't ever use. The Jigger has nice little graduations that let you easily control how much stuff you are pouring into the shaker, and the shaker itself seals very well. The strainer strains very easily and catches the pulp, and the spoon does spoon stuff.
