oh my gawd yummm
I had previously tried Barnie's White Christmas coffee at Publix over the holidays - it was actually cheaper than a 3pk of coffee here. Actually it was cheaper than the identical bags of Barnie's coffee sold elsewhere on Amazon. But anyways.... I bought this 3pk b/c I love White Christmas - literally like eating a Samoa aka Caramel deLite Girl Scout cookie! I love that some half and half and sugar really bring out the flavors, and you can play up which flavor you want more of by using a caramel or coconut syrup from Torani/Monin/etc. to sweeten instead of sugar. I've also found that using a vanilla syrup really brings out the coffee flavor as well without really changing the actual taste of the coffee. I have not seen other Barnie's flavors so I figured I would give this 3pk a whirl. BTW, I cold brew ALL of my coffee so my experience shared here is of the flavors drawn from cold brewed coffee. If you haven't tried cold brewing I highly recommend it, it's super easy and doesn't really need anything fancy aside from something fine enough to strain coffee grounds. I use throwaway coffee/tea filter bags. Cold brew is smoother and less acidic than regular brewed coffee, so if you experience heartburn from coffee give cold brew a try. I cold brewed the flavors last night and tried the Mocha Truffle this morning (cold brewed for roughly 13-15 hrs) and it is the best chocolate coffee I've ever tasted. I've previously tried Stone Street chocolate coffee and was really unimpressed. Barnie's though is delicious. Just add some ice, half & half/cream/milk/water/etc. (the cold brew is a concentrate) and a splash of vanilla syrup to sweeten and I feel like I'm drinking a hot chocolate on ice. Really tasty stuff. I'm going to try the Buttery Caramel later and my hopes are really high now that it's amazing so Barnie don't let me down lol

My favorite coffee
I drink coffee black- this has the perfect amount of light holiday aroma & flavor, allowing me to enjoy a holiday cup of cheer without all the flavored creamers. Santa’s White Christmas is my favorite, but they’re all good! Not bitter or super strong, absolutely perfect.
