An extremely useful and beautiful tool

I'm not going to lie, cleaning and organizing are like a hobby to me and I didn't think there was anything anyone could possibly teach me in this regard, but I was drawn to the cover of this book. It's yummy. Thinking it couldn't possibly be something I would find useful, I checked it out of the library and dove in. I found myself referring back to it so many times that I renewed the library checkout and then it became apparent that I was going to be really sad to have to return it, so I bought my own copy. Nikki was unknown to me before I read this book, but I quickly went to her Youtube channel and binge watched the videos that appealed. I can't believe how many good tips I found for things that were real "duh" moments, like the answer was so simple that someone shouldn't have needed to tell me to do this, but I would never have come up with this on my own (keeping a microfiber cloth in the console of my car, the pouch to hold the phone cord, and a whole other rich mosaic of genius ideas to be make life easier, and more aesthetically pleasing). To those who are avid Youtube followers and subsequently disappointed that the book didn't provide any new content, I don't know what to say. Yes, the photos are of Nikki's home, so the images will be familiar, but it's laid out in a way so that it can be used as a reference when sifting back through dozens of videos simply isn't practical. The photography is beautiful and the size and shape of the book is perfect. Kudos to the publisher for using such high quality materials and binding. Once broken in, the pages lie flat, the pages are thick and sharp and the font is pleasing to read. This book would make a beautiful gift for someone who would appreciate it.

Everything White, Clean, & Tidy

I absolutely LOVE this book, have read it over 2 or 3 times in the past year, and have just bought a new one as a gift for my best friend who struggles somewhat with clutter and organization in her own home and is currently looking for solutions. I hope she loves it as much as I do, but even if she doesn't, I am pretty sure that there will be AT LEAST a few pieces of advice, or an idea or two, that she will glean from this book... Seriously, it's a real mine! I can only dream to be as well organized as this lady is. This is not a book about design, although she does have a stylish home and provides many stylish ideas. If you love an all-white, well organized home, you will adore this book. The tone is very friendly and intimate, never patronizing. If you find white to be too sterile, you might not care for the pictures of her home, but will still appreciate the organization that they illustrate. I happen to love white, but I would admit that for me, her house lacks a bit of warmth and personality. It's also possible that it is somewhat staged for the purpose of the book. Still, I don't really care! Everyone can have their own style and she isn't out there preaching that white is the best and only way -it just happens to be what she prefers. This book is so inspiring! I have already implemented many ideas in my own way, inside my home. I'd give it 6 stars if I could! ;) Editing to say that my friend loved this book, read it all through, and incorporated many new organizing solutions in her own home!

A Wonderful and Invaluable Resource for Every Home!!

I just received this book today, and although I haven't completely finished it, I'm confident that this is going to be my go-to guide for organizing my home. It's evident that Mrs. Boyd poured a great amount of time and thoughtful attention into not only the information that she shares in the book, but also the beautiful photos that grace each page (even the feel of the paper that the book is printed on gives one a sense of luxury and style). This book covers every room in the house, including specialty spaces as well as the garage. She gives step by step guides and helpful tips in each chapter that allow the reader to easily grasp the organizational concepts and apply it to their own home. This book came just in time to help me with my spring cleaning and I'm super excited to implement organizational strategies that will help my home function more efficiently for my family. If you're looking for a detailed and easy to follow (as well as aesthetically gorgeous) home organizing book you need to buy this one!

This book is fantastic! A rare gem!

I honestly expected to see mostly beautiful pictures and a few supporting words, but this book has exceeded all of my expectations. It truly is an exceptional piece of work. Not only does Nikki show the beauty of her creations, she takes you on a step by step guided tour, telling you how to get there in your own way. This is an fantastic and invaluable Resource and it will be shared. I’ve already read it from cover to cover and WOW! I am so impressed. Since it meticulously covers every room in the house, even the cupboards and other spaces, I plan to follow her advice in making over my own home one room at a time. Just started with the smallest room in the house, my powder room (see photo) and I can’t wait to see how the rest of it will turn out. If you are looking for luxury, style, and a beautifully organized home, then look no further.
