The fact that this heated throw doesn’t have a thousands 5-star reviews literally makes me question my faith in Amazon reviews! I was searching for a heated throw similar to one I purchased on Amazon back in 2016 and, in a serendipitous moment, I stumbled upon this, the **identical blanket** (one more reason to buy EVERYTHING on Amazon, you can always find past purchases you love!). What’s important to understand is that I wasn’t looking to REPLACE my original blanket, I wanted to purchase ANOTHER one. The original (Black, 50” x 70”) still looks & feels almost exactly as it did a decade ago and it works perfectly. The problem is that, even though my family has seemingly collected every kind of heated blanket you can procure on the Internet, we fight over THIS ONE. This heated throw is generously sized and just the right weight, with thick, silky soft faux-fur fabric that prevents feeling the wires inside (the major complaint of most stiff/thin competitors). Trust me, years of always being cold have made me a heated blanket aficionado and I’m telling you- this is the best one out there! *Note on color: The faux rabbit fur variety has a subtle, tonal, wide-stripe pattern that adds texture and dimension. Naturally, this is less pronounced on the black (and has diminished slightly with age). The Champagne is a gorgeous off-white color. Personally, I like these understated options more than the gradient colorations and animal prints the new version offers (and at a higher price).

So soft and comfy!
My husband had this brand for about 5 years but it’s not working as well so I ordered him another one. He uses it year round because he is very cold natured. It’s so soft and medium weight which keeps him very warm. So glad I found it again as I’ve had this brand as well and have had it for about 8 years with winter usage. He’s very happy with this blanket. Got him the black so it won’t show dirt as much. Good quality blanket and much cheaper on Amazon than at kohls!
