I Looooooove This Blanket
I looooooove this blanket! It's not very thick, but because it is heated, it doesn't need to be. It is very soft and comfortable, and it is longer than a lot of heated throws. This blanket has three settings, although I believe the high setting would be a bit too much. I have Fibromyalgia, which is aggravated when I'm cold. Medium is great for colder days, but the low setting works well for "everyday" use. It automatically turns off after about half an hour, which is great in case you forget to turn it off yourself. I would definitely recommend this blanket if you are chronically cold or want something extra to take the chill off during the cold weather months. Yes, as noted in other reviews, you can feel that the wires are in the blanket when you cover yourself, although I usually forget about them after a while. If you're just looking for a regular throw blanket, you might be happier with a thicker non-heated throw to avoid the wires.

great for work
this blanket is really soft and warms up quickly. the size is perfect for my desk at work (I was using a twin size before) 2 things that are not a deal breaker but not the best. 1. the 2 hour shut off for safety is not my favorite feature. I use mine all day so I just have to keep turning it on but that isn't a huge deal. 2. it does shed. little purple fuzz balls fall off every once in awhile but again not a big deal

My favorite throw
I bought one of these for myself a couple years ago and loved it so I bought this one as a gift for my friend. Mine has since broken but honestly I used it almost every day for two years so I got my money's worth out of it, nothing lasts forever! I will probably order a new one because it provided so much value. Great for the office or if you have no heat in your bedroom like me and my friend!
