Perfect for notes
exactly what I needed to take notes in. nice with the gentle color differences. the quality feels well, it def needs to be kept dry because it is not water proof. it is more of a wide ledge. paper is fine, not weird to the touch either. the spine is cloth tied instead of staples and holds well. functionally it works well for notes and doodles. as for price, no ethical consumption under capitalism.
