Seems to work. I will update after my first call later this week. Could not get the mute to work. Not a big deal. PC has mute. the user guide has many pages missing, many pages duplicate and triplicate, scrambled. Their web site is not working. 404 not found. I will use it for a little while then try another brand. Update. I just made my first calls. Using a win11 PC (PC-A) I got the mute to toggle by moving the microphone up and down a few times. Toggled easily after that. No microphone registered in the call. I plugged in different wired headset (#2) and it worked fine. Voice strength registered fine. OK. Maybe my PC does not support Bi-directional BT. I plugged in the hardwire that comes with the binnune. That also did not work. I plugged headset #2 into a different PC (PC-B) and BTd to PC-A. Microphone registered fine. PC-A BT works ok. Dropped out of teams and went to Windows11 microphone test. With Binunne hardwired. That came up blank recording. No signal from microphone In the end I went with 5 stars because Binnune reached out to me unsolicited and offered a refund. I am not taking the refund. This was a test.

WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THE LADY AWAY!
I love this headset! My first one lasted me 2 years of pure abuse! It survived being thrown ,sat on while drunk in VR, and dropped all the time! I wear the even powered off sometimes for their noise canceling… HOWEVER! Upon turning on my 2nd pair my heart shatters! The kind Asian lady who tells me know my battery is low and my Bluetooth is connected is GONE!?!? SHE HAD BECOME MY CLOSEST FREIND! And I was so excited to hear her! But NO! Beeps and boops! I HATE IT ! I will NOT be purchasing another! (Old ones still work! Ear muff adjusting is just loose finally snapped)
