This BISSELL vacuum is a good buy!
I recently ordered this Bissell vacuum, and I’m so impressed with it. I’ve used a Dyson stick vacuum in the past, so I have a good point of comparison—and this one solves a few things that always bugged me. First, the headlights are a game changer. I didn’t realize how much dust and dog hair I was missing until I could actually see it on the floor. If you have pets, this alone makes a huge difference. The suction is really strong, easily picking up hair and debris without needing multiple passes. It feels powerful without being bulky. One of my favorite features is that it stands upright on its own. This might sound small, but it’s incredibly convenient. With my Dyson, I always had to lean it against something or worry about it falling over. This one just stands there—simple, but such a quality-of-life improvement. I also love that it has a built-in crevice tool integrated into the attachments. With my previous vacuum, I had to stop what I was doing and swap tools every time I needed to get into tight spaces. This design makes it seamless and much more user-friendly. Overall, this vacuum feels thoughtfully designed and super practical for everyday use—especially in a home with pets. This vacuum is powerful, versatile, and lightweight
We decided to bite the bullet and pay an extra hundred+ dollars to purchase this upgraded model with the 280W motor (vs. the similar but more standard model) and couldn’t be happier. We are in our 60s and 70s, and hauling our older upright corded vacuum up and down a flight of stairs is no longer easy. I’m receiving no benefits whatsoever for leaving this review in but want to say is this vacuum is a beast! We have fairly plush carpeting throughout our two-level home, and this model extracts an incredible amount of dust, hair, and debris that is not visible on our lighter shade of carpet. I’ve also used it on two of our area rugs and was equally amazed by how much it pulled from those as well. The clear advantages of this model are the light weight, suction power, the upgraded motor that offers a higher powered suction option, the front headlight (it matters), and the flexible construction that allows me to vacuum under furniture such as couches, bed frames, and nightstands, etc. I may purchase an extra battery for it at some point but am happy with the run time and find it to be more than adequate. Don’t hesitate to buy it in case you were wondering about the performance.

Great Cordless vacuum that sees everything!!
Overall, I’m really impressed with this cordless vacuum. I’ve owned four cordless vacuums, and this Bissell easily ranks in my top two favorites. I love that it’s a simple, free-standing unit that’s easy to store and use. One standout feature is the incredibly bright light on the vacuum head. Personally, I love it because it shows all the hair and dust on the floor. Some people may not love that it reveals everything, but I find it super helpful for getting floors truly clean. The suction power is strong, and the pet hair attachment works great for cleaning fur off my couch. It’s also very easy to empty, which makes cleanup quick and hassle-free. Another huge plus is the battery life, I’ve been able to clean my entire first floor without it dying, which is a big win for a cordless vacuum. My only downside is that the vacuum is a bit on the heavier side, and the main stick is fairly long, so it takes a little getting used to. Other than that, I’ve really enjoyed using it.
