Customer reviews

Love it, comfy, one charge usually lasts me a week of telework
Awesome headset for telework. Coworkers say they can hear me well and sound is clear. And they can not hear my 4 dogs barking in the background, so I'd say the noise cancelling is excellent. Pairs with my Dell laptop, and I've also paired it with my phone. A full charge usually lasts all week, and I don't turn it off at the end of the day, just leave it on all week. I plug it in on Friday afternoon and the status is usually 10-15 percent battery remaining and it's good to go Monday morning. Had it for 6 months now, and there was one week where the battery ran out on Thursday, but I was doing 3 full days of meetings/speaking/presenting. Charged it overnight and was good to go. Cannot use and charge at the same time. it will power off when plugged in. But I don't need to be using it 24/7 so it works well for me. Can flip the microphone to either side. And again on the noise cancelling, I thought for sure my dogs loud barking would be picked up, but my coworkers said they couldn't hear them at all. Dogs were in the same room as me, about 8 feet away.

Bluetooth headset
I purchased this Bluetooth headset for my brother who is a truck driver, and he absolutely loves it. He spends long hours on the road, so having a reliable and comfortable headset is very important, and this one exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is very clear, and the AI noise canceling does a great job blocking out background noise while he’s driving. The microphone is also excellent- calls sound clear on both ends without static or interruptions. The battery life is one of the best features. It lasts a very long time before the needing to charged, which is perfect for long trips and work days. He also mentioned that it’s lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for hours without discomfort. The Bluetooth connection is fast and stable, and the mute button and multipoint connection make it very convenient to use with both his phone and other devices. Overall, this headset is great value for the price and works perfectly for truck drivers, office work sand everyday calls. Highly recommended.

Great Sound Quality, but Poor Build Quality - Fell Apart After a Couple of Months
I bought the Leayu headset on August 28, and for the first month or so, it was amazing. The sound quality is fantastic, and it's comfortable to wear for long periods, so I was really happy with it. However, by October, it randomly fell apart. The headset still works fine, but the pieces literally started disassembling themselves one day. I’m not sure if it was poorly assembled when it was made, or if something happened during the delivery, but I didn’t notice any issues until after a while of use. It’s really disappointing because, otherwise, the headset is great—good sound, solid performance—but the build quality just didn’t hold up as expected. Despite this, I’m still planning on buying another one because the sound and functionality are top-notch, but I do hope that the next one has a bit better durability. Maybe I just got a faulty unit? Fingers crossed the next one lasts longer!

Excellent product that just works!
It's a very nice basic headset that just works. The noise canceling is excellent and compares to headsets that cost 4 and 5 times as much. If you plan on using this headset on a big rig and have your phone paired with the truck radio, go to your phone Bluetooth settings, click on your radio connection, go to settings and deactivate phone calls. That way, every time you get a phone call, your phone will send it to the headset instead of the radio. It took me awhile to figure that out, as my phone calls would flip between the headset and truck radio, and that was annoying. As I said earlier, it's a great headset and after using mine for over a year I just bought one to a fellow co-worker. We talk to each other all the time and his headset was garbage, now I can hear him just fine and his daughter is also very happy she can also hear her dad without annoying background noise.
