Review Update - 9/23/25 Bob and Brad customer service emailed and called me right after I left the review. I didnt see the emails or listen to the voicemails for a long time (my fault). When I did finally respond, they sent a replacement unit immediately. We've been using it off and on for a few weeks now and are thoroughly enjoying it. I highly recommend it for the customer service alone. Hopefully this unit lasts a long time, but I'm not too worried. I know they've got my back. Original Review - 3/23/25 Everything is still functional except for the air inflator. Unfortunately, without the air bags, the unit is too roomy, so I can't get enough pressure on my soles. I purchased this product on a recommendation (and after good experience with Bob and Brad products such as their massage gun), and I've been genuinely surprised by how much I enjoy it - it has become a part of my daily routine, both before and after workouts. The kneading function helps with my plantar fascia soreness, the air compression and heat help with blood flow, and the remote allows for convenient use without having to bend over to fumble with buttons. It's also sleek and compact enough to easily store away when not in use. I do wish there was a way to customize its 20 minute timeout function (I prefer 30 minutes of use), but that is my only minor quibble. Highly recommended.

I just received my foot massager. I clean houses for a living and I am in the process of doing all my customers spring cleans. I have been on my feet 12 hours a day. My feet have been hurting so I thought I would try a foot massager as my husband does not want the duty. My first time using this brand, amazing. My feet feel almost brand new again. The noise level is there but not too loud or annoying. It is big but slips under my chair easily when I am not using it. The weight is surprising light for such a high quality machine. The gold color is beautiful and classy. The power on high is very strong and perfect for my sore feet. I had to work up to level 3. Started on med until my feet got used to the feeling. I just used it for the first time so I do not know how long the machine will last, but it is priced fairly and I am very happy with my purchase.

La différence de prix étant minime entre la version qui taille 45 et celle qui taille 48, qu'il vaut mieux directement prendre la grande version. Je taille 44 et la version Large est tout à fait compatible. J'avais acheté leur masseur pour les mains la semaine dernière, et très content de mon achat j'ai donc opté pour le masseur des pieds. La sensation et la technologie utilisée se rapprochent du masseur à mains, on sent que c'est les mêmes propriétaires et le résultat est vraiment à la hauteur. BOB and BRAD c'est un peu cher, mais la qualité de l'investissement est au rendez-vous! Etant sportif, mes mains comme mes pieds sont mis à rude épreuve. Avec ces appareils c'est un plaisir que de soulager toutes ces douleurs post-entraînement :-)
