There are two different temperature settings for the heat, which go to 100°F and 107°F. The heat will help with muscle recovery and overall, a better experience. The blue light therapy offers skin care treatment, which is something I’ve never seen before on a massager. This massager has five adjustable speeds along with five different heads, each for different purposes. One of my favorite parts about it is how small and lightweight it is. This massager only weighs 0.88 pounds and can easily fit into your bags when traveling. Don’t underestimate this massager just because how compact it is, it is very powerful! I absolutely love the design because it is very easy to hold, without putting any strain on my wrist. I believe this massager is well gripped as it is covered in silicone. This Bob and Brad massager comes with a type C cable and supports fast charging. This device can be charged 100% in two hours, which is amazing! Powerful in a small package
Turning this on for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised at how strong it was. It has been great at relieving knots and tightness. The heating attachment gets warm quick! But the cooling mode is not very useful. Just a simple twist and the attachment comes off and on with ease. What I didn't like was that you have to charge the heating/cold attachment separately. But for the strength and how small it is, I am planning on bringing it on my travels. Update: I started bringing this to my fitness center where I train some of my customers. When they try it, you can see the impact it has on their faces. Update 2: I have been informed that the blue light is actually a form of skin therapy, it has nothing to do with decreasing the temperature.

I love this mini massage gun. I received this 3 days ago and have been using it multiple times each day. It's very easy to use and effective in relieving my tight muscles in my legs, arms and hands. I have arthritis and it has eased the pain in my hands. I charged the battery when I got it and haven't had to charge it again after 3 days of use and about 2 hours of use. I love that there's 5 speeds to choose from. It is quiet, compact and easy to handle. All the various attachments are useful. I will be bringing this on all my trips. It helps to relax my muscles and me. I highly recommend this massage gun.
