Faulty shoes (Review Changed)
First I ordered 8.5, which was small in size, then I ordered 9 size. However, I just noticed the strap on one side of shoe is broken. Had to return again. Overall for price shoes are OK. Insole is not soft. Update: So I ordered replacement and received left side size 8.5 and right side size 9. The customer representative (MAY) reached out to me to send one free shoes, so I selected brown Sneakers (last picture). These sneakers delivered in few days. They are very comfortable, soft insole and stylish. Personally I love those sneakers more than the Ankle Boots. Changing from 3 stars to 5 stars only because of their amazing customer service.

Great Looking and Comfortable Boots
Had these for over a year now, thought I'd hold.out to see how they fair. They are now my go to shoes in the winter, had a couple of days to wear them in ( not gonna lie there was some pain) but now they arey comfy outdoor winter slippers 😃
