I'm not new to baking but I am new to decorating beyond the crumb coat (thanks food network!! LoL) I had been picking up a piece here and there from my local grocery store just to be annoyed when the pieces didn't fit together (example: tips didn't fit inside the coupler). However, the box did not come with the 48 piping tip picture guide to reference when using different tips. I was able to contact company directly and they were very responsive via email. I support this product and absolutely support reaching out directly to company if there are any concerns about product or missing parts! Top flight service.

Cake decorating kit
The set looks fine. It was a gift for my granddaughter who is very excited to start learning how to decorate. The user manual is good but the QR code on the cover does not work. It’s supposed to link to details of all the items in the kit. I’m disappointed in that but I’ve messaged the company to see if they will supply it.
