The most fantastic notebook ever invented!

The title kids, but after having used a myriad of different sized and designed (spiral bound, solid spine, etc.) notebooks I have settled on this particular size and model of book because, of me, it is the proper compromise between too small to be of use and too large to be portable enough. It's also quite a bit less expensive than the Moleskine books (which I have also used) and thanks to the wire binding can be laid out flat or folded in half. The paper it of a good heft, not so thin as to rip under the pressure of a heavy-handed notation yet not so thick as to disallow enough pages in one book. And the convenient date field in the upper right corner of each page makes me consistent in jotting that down as well. My notebooks typically last around 6 months of use - I take it with me to prospect and client sites and keep my old ones so I can refer to older notes if need be.

Best I have found for journaling.

Have used these for years as journals. Not too big and not too small. Line width is perfect. Great for scribbling down thoughts, prayers, quotes and the like as well as taking minutes of meetings. I keep mine in a Mead cover and change out when the notebook is full. The wire spirals make it easy to lay flat and if sitting at a table during a class the notebook does not take up much space. Paper is good quality and there is a space at the top for a date, and margins for numbering, or putting stars next to important points or a writing a name and such. Fit well in a medium sized purse.

Perfect size lightweight notebook for work or school

These notebooks are light and such a great size for capturing and carrying work or school notes. These go with me everywhere. The pages each have date sections and with the top line as a title, it's easy to look back and find exactly the pages of notes that are needed. I've been using these for years and haven't found anything better yet. I can't stress the lightweight component enough - as a commuter, I don't enjoy carrying a heavy bag. With these, I never have to worry. I can easily slip one into my laptop case, purse or briefcase and go. I only wish they came in different colors.

Finally found the right size notebook!

I purchased a Cambridge Limited leather notebook holder quite a while ago and when the notebook was full I saved the cover. It is quite nice black leather with white stitching and a cloth cover interior. Wanted to be able to use it for a conference and finally found the right size notebook for it here on Amazon! Decent price as well. Very happy.
