Great purchase.
Basically, I love this lamp. It melts the candles, which retain their wax unlike if you were to light them. The lightly golden color of the glass shade gives it a nice glow, and I like being able to change from hi-med-low light. The height of the shade is adjustable to accommodate different size jars/candles, but at full height, this does make it feel a little more flimsy than it would otherwise. The shade also swivels, so if your scent is too strong, you can just move the shade over a bit, no longer centering the light fully over the candle and thus reducing the smell. If I struggle, I can get a large Yankee candle jar under the shade, but because the wooden base is quite thick, it's a tight fit. Size of candle no longer a big deal though since they last seemingly forever this way. There is a timer built in (2 hour, 4, 8 hour) to shut it off which is also a nice feature. The sturdy base means I don't have to worry about my curious cat tipping it over. Was $18 well spent.

I have had my eye on this for awhile. It was on sale so I bought it. I absolutely love it. It is so pretty. Quality is exceptional. It comes with two lightbulbs. You just adjust the height for your candle and place one under the light. You can adjust the light setting from dim to a brighter setting. Warms the candle perfectly.
