I have waited 1 month of use to review these. I saw negative and a lot of positive reviews. You can count me as one of the positive ones! I have made fried eggs with no butter or oil, I have melted grated cheese, and I have even made JAM! I have never owned such a quality set of pots and pans in my lifetime. And i haven't even mentioned the silicone sealed lids! The only thing I wish I could do was have them oven safe. But that is a very small price to pay for all of the pros you get with this set! I have vowed to never place these in the dishwasher and never use anything but silicone utensils. These are scrub free so I just use my regular dish detergent, a soft cloth, and air dry. So my advice to everyone looking to buy a set of CAROTE Ceramic cookware is WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? ?????????????? You will not regret this purchase!

Get rid of your peeling Teflon pans and never look back!
We finally got sick of our old, peeling, warped non-stick pans for these awesome pots and pans. Assembling the handles and lids was extremely straight forward and easy. Non-stick as advertised and work like a charm. Cooked everytbing from fried chicken to spaghetti and much more in between. The utensils are high quality and have already become some of my go to. Clean up is a breeze either by hand or in the dishwasher. Bonus points for a beautiful color! Would give 10 stars in a heartbeat!

Best Cookware Ever
This cookware is the best! It doesn't stick and they are dishwasher safe. They are a very attractive color also. I made Sloppy Joes and there was no sticking, it slid around as I stirred with no mess. The lids are great as well. They are flat with a silicon seal that is a nice snug fit. The utensils are silicone as well so they wont fall apart. My only regret is, I wish I would have bought a larger set. I definitely recommend these pans!
