As good or better than Parker pens
I am a Parker pen fan and have had dozens of them. When I bought these ChaoQ pens, I also bought a Parker chrome plated pen for $13.99. I just saw these ChaoQ chrome plated pens for the ridiculous price of $8.99 (three pens and six black ink refills), and I had to try it out. To my surprise, these ChaoQ pens are just as fine and sturdy and sharp-looking as the Parker. Parker charges $6 for 3 refills. So, if you subtract $12 from the ChaoQ price (6 refills at $3 per 3 refills makes $12), you get -$3.00. Continuing the math, normally the difference in the price of one pen is 14/3, which would be the $14 price of the parker pen divided by the $3 price of the ChaoQ pen (6/3). However, the ChaoQ set came with 6 refills, which is worth $12 dollars in Parker refills. So, to find the difference, you would divide the Parker pen price of $14 by the calculated worth of the ChaoQ set, which would be $9 - $12 = -$3.00. And the result is -$4.66. So, the answer to all of this math is that you not only save $14 by not buying a Parker pen, you actually MAKE $4.66 when you buy a ChaoQ set like this. I know, it's hard to follow my math, even to me. But, let's just say that the calculated worth of a ChaoQ set was $1. Then, that would mean that the Parker pen costs $14, and the ChaoQ pen costs $1. If it was $7, the percentage savings would be 200%. If it is $1, the percentage savings is 1400%. But it is actually -$3.00 savings. I'm too tired to do the math, but it is a high number. Nerd Mode On I like the feel of the Parker pens, especially the clicking feel and noise when you click it. It is a solid click and a solid noise. It makes me feel like there are actually gears inside there working this mechanism, kind of like in my car. However, the ChaoQ pens have a lighter feel and sound, kind of like you didn't even click anything. I would suppose that many people would prefer that. But not me. I like the heavy clicking feel and sound. Maybe because I have become used to it after 25 years. Nerd Mode Off These ChaoQ pens are great and definitely worth the low price. I hope Parker people don't see me writing this, because I am a great fan of Parker pens and will probably keep buying them. Where is Cross? I thought they were the cream of the crop in pens. For $9 this package is well worth it.

Hilariously good.
These pens surprised me. I hate gel pens and for some reason every nice pen out there HAS to be gel. So I've tried *so* many pens gel and ballpoint and all fail somewhere. I just want a nice pen that looks and feels premium, but also writes well and lasts. So why am I reviewing a set of super cheap ball points? Because I tried them out figuring what the hell, they seriously cannot be worse than the garbage I've overpaid for before and they look nice. Turns out they ARE nice pens. They feel great to write with and the ballpoint is nice, smooth and reliable, and just the right gauge. This pen outdoes pens over tried that cost 20 times as much, and this price gets you several plus refills! This is one of those rare super cheap items that actually performs. The only gripe I have is that I like pens that have weight to them. These are very light pens despite actually being metal, but for the price I'm not even going to consider it a real issue of any sort. Good job. I will buy again once I run these out.

Very handsome looking pens, comfortable to use and reasonably priced.
Very handsome looking pens, so much nicer than most, mine keep disappearing. (smile) I've bought the set of 3, four times over the years. I like that they come with refills, but at the same time, they seem to run out of ink more quickly than I expect, but there is always a refill to replace it with, so far. The Refills have a hard coating on their tip to keep the ink from drying out, make sure you get all the coating off. I use a Kleenex to wipe the end hard and then test it on a scrap piece of paper to make sure it's working well, before going back to my writing. On one of my older pens the stainless steel "coating" has rubbed off on the end you click, showing a coppery colored metal. That almost lost them a star, but I changed my mind at the last minute, I do love these pens.

Look and feels great.
Very nice writing pens, they are built very sturdy, and they aren’t very bulky or heavy, they feel comfortable in your hand and write flawlessly without the drag feeling, very happy with this product and will order again when needed, I totally recommend this to anyone wanting a good sturdy nice looking pen.
