Outstanding customer service.
This charcuterie board set was very appealing with the holidays coming up so I ordered one. Unfortunately, one of the bowls was broken. I reached out to the company and they delivered the same set the very next day. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the company doing this. The best customer service I have ever received. This set made it in time for my Christmas party and it was used and a hit. The board did a great job of holding my dry aged meats and my cheeses. Crackers were spread out around the board and the jams and sauces were perfect for the bowls. The gold utensils were not just show either. They were very heavy duty and did a great job of cutting the cheeses. Great gift idea or you can keep it for yourself. 5-star all the way.

I have a holiday gathering this weekend and wanted to get a charcuterie board set instead of using my regular plates. Since I appreciate design, and opened my Amazon box, I noticed all the beautiful packaging details. The board it self was wrapped in tissue paper and had a cute custom stamp to hold it together. And the product itself did not disappoint. Happy to have this set for many gatherings - big or small!
